    You can try to call the Port Authority Police Lost and Found Custodian at (973) 961-6243, but don't expect that anyone will pick up the phone.

    At EWR, If you lost an item in the gate area or onboard, contact your airline. If your item is lost at the TSA Security Check Point, call TSA at (908) 787-0667. If you lost baggage at other area, call the Port Authority Police Lost and Found Custodian at (973) 961-6243.

    Hello .. On a return flight from NYC, I lost my 10inch HP laptop which was encased in a blue protective carrying case. This happen just after exiting the pre-boarding security checks on 05/01, Terminal C between 4 - 5pm. I would appreciate any assistance leading to its safe return. Thanks in advance. Femi

    As a visitor, how long will it take to get thru immigration. The flight arrives from England at 11:50 and the connecting flight leaves for Albany NY at 13:29. Will the bags go right thru to Albany or do we have to collect them after immigration and go thru customs? Will we have enough time to make the connecting flight?

    Any time you enter the U.S. you have to collect your baggage in immigration and re-check it after clearing customs. I can't figure out where your connection is but you will probably have enough time. If you let me know where you are connecting and what airlines you are flying I can let you know more about general times to get through immigration and connecting gate help.
