Baby Care: Baby changing facilities are available in all restrooms located in the ticketing and Departure Concourse.

Customer Service Information Desks are located in the Departure Lounge, in the Immigration Hall, and in the Arrivals Public Area (front of the Terminal --landside access). It also provides paging services. Tel: 1-888-247-7678--toll-free in Jamaica; or Tel: (876) 924-8546 outside Jamaica.

Hotel Hospitality Desks and Tour Operator Hospitality Desks are located in the new Arrivals Ground Transportation Hall, outside Customs.

Lounges:
Air Jamaica’s Lounge for departing Business Class passengers is located on the Mezzanine floor of the Departures Area.
American Airlines Lounge for departing Business Class passengers is located on the Mezzanine floor of the Departures Area.
British Airways Lounge for departing Business Class passengers is located on the Mezzanine floor of the Departures Area.
VIP Lounge is operated by the Airport's Corporation.

Complete the Immigration Form (provided by your airline or Travel Agency) prior to your arrival at the Airport, to expedite processing in the Airport. Both arriving and departing travellers are required to complete the Form (the relevant sections). Accelerated processing is provided for wheelchair passengers and unaccompanied minors.

Travelers are required to present the following documents to the Immigration Officers: (a) the immigration form, (b) a customs declaration form, (c) a valid passport, and (d) a return ticket for non-residents.

Mail services are available in the area of the external shops in the Departures Area.

Pets are not allowed in the terminal unless they are working dogs or are in a safe kennel. Contact your airline as to their requirements.

There is no smoking in the KIN Terminal.
