• ONT Inter-terminal Shuttles
  Intra-terminal shuttles provide free connections between terminals as well as to parking and rental car facilities.
  1. FREE ONT AIRPORT SHUTTLES: - LA/Ontario International Airport provides courtesy shuttle service between the airline terminals, Economy Lot F, Daily Lot 5, and the Consolidated Rental Car Facility (ConRAC). The ConRAC is the airport’s central facility for connections to all on-airport and off-airport car rental businesses. Listed below are available shuttle routes, hours of service and frequency of departure:
  Economy Lot F - 24 hours - Every 10 to 12 minutes
  Parking Lot 5 - 24 hours - Every 10 to 12 minutes
  ConRAC - 24 hours -Every 5 to 7 minutes
  All courtesy shuttles are wheelchair accessible. Shuttle departures may occur less frequently from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. because of reduced airline flight activity.
  
  2. SKYLINE PEDICAB CO. - provides transportation service between the airline terminals and Parking Lots 2, 3, and 4. Each vehicle comfortably seats two adult passengers and has plenty of space for luggage. Monday through Friday 5 am to 12 noon; Evenings Monday, Thursday and Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm. Extended hours on holidays.
  Pedicab rides are provided at no charge to the traveling public, but drivers are allowed to accept tips. The company may be contacted for transportation arrangements and advertising opportunities at (909) 238-2170.
  

• Shuttle van/limo Tipping Etiquette:
  
  • Shared ride shuttles: if you’re taking bags and the driver helps you loading/unloading them, its appropriate to give the driver a few bucks for his/her efforts.
    
  • Sedans/limos: the most appropriate form of tipping is a percentage of the fare, usually around 15%. Drivers derive much of their income from tips and usually deserve a gratuity if their service was satisfactory.
