- ONT Airport Overview
Ontario International Airport (ONT), a medium-hub airport, is located 35 miles east of downtown Los Angeles in the west end of San Bernardino County. ONT airport has experienced a 500% increase in airline passenger volumes in the last 10 years. To accommodate the growth, Ontario airport opened twin terminals in 1998 that can accommodate up to 10 million passengers a year. When passenger traffic reaches 10 million in two consecutive years, a third terminal will be constructed. In addition to the two new terminals, Ontario airport has an International Arrivals Terminal used by AeroMexico and Lineas Aereas Azteca. The 13 airlines serving the airport include AeroMexico, Alaska, America West, American, Continental, Delta, Frontier, jetBlue, Lineas Aereas Azteca, Northwest, Southwest, United/Ted, and United Express offering nonstop flights to many major U.S. cities and connecting service to many international destinations.

Baggage Carts are available at the entrances and exits and in the Baggage Claim areas of both terminals. Skycap service is also available throughout the airport terminals to persons needing special assistance.

- Baggage Claim at Ontario ONT Airport
Baggage claim areas are located on the ground level of both terminals. Skycap service and luggage cart rentals are available in both terminals.
- Banking / ATM Services at Ontario ONT Airport
Each terminal has two automated teller machines located at the departure (Business Center) and arrival (lower level entrance) areas. There is also one ATM machine in the Ground Transportation Center.
- Business Services at Ontario ONT Airport
Located in the upper level of both terminals, the Business Centers provide telephones, internet ports, postage vending machines and travel insurance services.
- Concourses at Ontario ONT Airport
There are two main terminals (Terminal 2 and Terminal 4) and an International Terminal.
The former Ontario International Airport terminal houses the airport’s administrative offices, and will ultimately be converted to other commercial uses.
- Emergency / Medical Services at Ontario ONT Airport
In an emergency, dial 911 from a courtesy phone, pay phone or cell phone.

Flight Information monitors are located throughout the terminal and concourses.

Located in the upper level of both terminals, the Business Centers provide telephones and internet ports.
- Lost & Found at Ontario ONT Airport
Each airline counter has a lost and found area for unclaimed items. Travelers who need further assistance should contact the Airport Police at (909) 937-2700. The lost and found central office is located on 1070 South Vineyard Avenue at the Airport Command Center.
- Mail Center / U.S. Post Office at Ontario ONT Airport
Located in the upper level of both terminals, the Business Centers provide mailing and shipping services.
- Main Terminal / Concourses at Ontario ONT Airport
There are two main terminals (Terminal 2 and Terminal 4) and an International Terminal.

Handicapped Parking And Restrooms:
Handicapped parking is available at Lot 2, Lot 4, and Lot F. Restrooms for the disabled are available in Terminal 2 and Terminal 4.
Wheelchairs:
Wheelchairs and assistance are available through airline representatives at each airline counter.
TDD:
Telecommunications Device for the Disabled (TDD) capability is provided at selected locations on public pay phones. Standard TDD keyboard signs are displayed where pay phones with TDD capability are located.
- Pets / Animals at Ontario ONT Airport
Animals are not permitted in the terminal at the Airport unless they are being used to assist disabled individuals, or are in proper pet carriers.
