The Hunt Club Executive Boardroom features a luxurious boardroom setup, comfortably seating 20, and a built-in projector for dynamic presentations.
In addition to the prestigious Hunt Club Executive Boardroom, five other meeting facilities are available. The climate-controlled rooms are in flexible semi-executive and basic formats, and can be configured for meetings of up to 8 people or up to 16 people, and divided for breakout sessions. All have free internet access, and support robust presentations.
Available Meeting Facilities:
the Macdonald-Cartier Executive Lounge, the Bowesville Boardroom, the Hunt Club Boardroom, the Laurentian Boardroom, the Lindbergh Boardroom, the Uplands Boardroom, and the YOW Boardroom
Since all meeting facilities are located just steps from the airport’s security screening area, you will never have to worry about missing your flight.
Catering: Just state your requirements when you book your meeting facility, and arrangements will be made through YOW’s superb caterer.
Parking is easy with over 2,200 spaces available in the secure, attached Parkade, and 500 more within a short walk of the terminal.
Rental car facilities are right at the airport.
