Main Terminal / Concourses at Palm Beach PBI Airport
The passenger terminal at Palm Beach Airport has separate levels for arriving and departing passengers, three concourses A, B & C, and a large concession mall that runs the length of the building. Its Customs and Immigration facility is able to handle 300 passengers an hour.
Level One of PBIA's terminal houses baggage claim, ground transportation, rental cars, and automated reservation centers.
Level Two of PBIA's terminal houses airline club lounges, taveler services center, restaurants & shops, and access to all airline gates.
Level Three of PBIA's terminal offers curbside baggage check-in, and passenger check-in counters, and airline ticket counters
Level Four of PBIA's terminal is for short-term parking.
From level 3 you can reach Concourses A, B & C:
Concourse A presently serves BahamasAir & Continental Connection.
Concourse B presently serves AirTran, Continental, Directair, Gulfstream, Southwest, Spirit and USAirways.
Concourse C presently serves Air Canada, American, ComAir, Delta, JetBue and Sun Country.
