The Palm Springs Desert Resorts Convention & Visitors Authority provides literature and information on subjects ranging from hotels to restaurants to special events. Staffing is provided by the Coachella Valley's Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) and volunteer Airport Navigators.

The USO Service Center is located at the north end of Baggage Claim in the Airport Terminal.
