Hi guys, I am travelling from Jakarta, Indonesia to Amsterdam, Netherlands. The plane will transit in CDG Paris for more than 20 hrs, I have the Visa Schengen to Netherland, during my transit time, Can I enter Paris for few hours?

Yes, once you clear passport control you will be in the Schengen Area and free to go where you want within it.

  • Enough time with customs to see a few sites

Arriving at CDG at 2pm. Will I have enough time to see the Eiffel Tower and Louvre and make it back through customs to catch a flight at 9pm to BCN

If by seeing the Louvre you mean looking at the outside of it, yes, if you mean actually seeing what's inside no, I would recommend a whole day for that. Eiffel tour is easy to see but if you want to go up it really depends on the day of the week, the time of year, and the weather how long the line will be. Let's assume you will arrive in Paris via the train from the airport at 4 PM. You realistically need to leave Paris by 6:30 PM at the latest, so that would give you a few hours to see things.

  • 50 min between Flybe and AF?

If I have 50 min between landing on a flybe flight 9from the UK) and departing on an AF flight (to Saudi Arabia), will I have enough times? And is it the same terminals?

FlyBe and Air France Non-Schengen are in the same concourse. You should be OK as long as your first flight is on-time and your bags are checked through to Saudi Arabia.
