Flying from SFO with XL airway arrive T2A at 4:25P and fly to Barcelona with EasyJet T2D leaving 6:30PM. If not checked in baggage, would 2H be enough to pass securtiy/passport control?

With no checked baggage, yes, I think it's possible, especially if you check in online for your Easyjet flight before you leave the US.

  • Transfers time if rechecking bags

flight is from dubai - CDG(Amsterdam/KLM stopover) and land 5.40pm. I booked a separate flight from CDG (2F)to Heathrow for 8.15pm. is 2h35mins ok to clear customs, get bags, check-in , pass through customs and be on the 2015 flight to London, Also what gate does KLM from Amsterdam arrive into CDG

Also its an AF flight CDG to Heathrow.8,15pm. Can they check my bags all the way from Dubai to Heathrow since I am flying AF and KLM are same company now.

You can show your CDG-LHR confirmation to the agent in Dubai and they should be able to check your bags through to London for you. Then all you will have to do in Paris is go through Schengen Exit passport control and to your departure gate. However, even if you can't get that done 2 hr 35 minutes should be enough time to manually transfer your bags.

@ZAP, thanks,i guess I should be fine then especially if the gent can check me all the way to Heathrow since its confirmed.I've done it a few times in the US but I was just preparing for the worst case scenario if Its a bad day for the KLM/AF agent on duty and they dont they let me checkin all the way from Dubai

Hello I'm flying from Tel Aviv to Toronto with 1 hour 50 minutes connection time in Paris. Is it enough time for changing flights ?

What airlines are you flying? Did you purchase one ticket or separate tickets?

It's Air France and it's one ticket

Yes, that should be enough time. You just have to go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.

  • Check in luggage and transfer time

Hi I will be arriving in cdg 18 May with Emirates arriving terminal 2c at 1330, I am wanting to book a flight to Nice at 1530. Two questions, can I arrange for luggage to be transferred directly from an international flight to a domestic flight or must I collect and check in. 2nd question is 2 hours enough time for transfer?

If you purchase your ticket to Nice from Air France, they do have an interline agreement with Emirates. However, Emirates is not required to check your bag through to Nice since you purchased two separate tickets. If you have to claim your bags, I would say, no, 2 hours isn't realistic.

Thank you it will be a very long day

Arriving from JFK, How much time should I allow to clear customs, get my luggage and transfer to the TGV train going to Avignon?

You can probably be in the Train station within 45 minutes of scheduled arrival time.

I'm flying from Barcelona via CDG with Air France to Cork with aer lingus from T1 I will have to recheck my bag is 2.5 hours enough time, thanks

Did you purchase your tickets separately or together? If together you will have a ton of time. Just ride the CDGVAL from T2 to T1 and go through Schengen Exit passport control and security. Even if separately and you have to bring your bags on the CDGVAL with you, you should have enough time.

    thanks for the information

  • I want to meet a friend in Paris during a connection flight

I have a friend in Paris and I have almost 4 hours between my flights. I arrive at Terminal D and I leave from Terminal E, so my question is IS THERE ANY WAY THAT WE COULD MEET UP somewhere in between or just anywhere? Thank you in advance! Milcho

Paris does not have a Terminal D or Terminal D.

  • Terminal 2E to 2F

We have a group of 20 seniors from Los Angeles, arriving at Terminal 2E @ 11:35AM on 3 Dec 2014, and making outbound connection to Rome @ Terminal 2F. We only have 60 minutes to make the connecting flight. Our luggage are presumably checked through to Rome (FCO). Do we need to go through Passport Control? Would there be electric cart to transfer seniors in their 80s between T2E to T2F? Do we have enough time to make connecting flight? We appreciate responses.

T2E &T2F are on opposite sides of each other (sharing parking in center); followed by separate buildings ("Halls" L & M, housing additional gates T2E and served by the 2E bus. At the east end of the satellite row is T2G with its own parking facility; T2G can be reached by bus outside of T2E/T2F (east of their garage). If you arrived at either Hall L or M, you would be bused to 2E for passport control, thereafter bused to T2F - one hr seems quite short. CDG discontinued its website replacing it with a new one not yet completely in service; Maybe you want to try it in a few days: (www.) aeroportsdeparis.fr/en/homepage

How easy is it to get from terminal 2F to terminal 1 and how long will it take approximately.

At CDG, between T1, T3 and at the center between T2D & T2F take the CDVAL train - connecting closeby to the RER & TGV trains.

The ride on the CDGVAL will be about 5 to 10 minutes.
