BaggageJun 16, 201210If i go from Term 2G to Term 2E I should not have to retrieve my baggage. I was told I had to. This makes no sense. Is this true??? The bags should be booked straight through from Florence, Italy to Boston, USA. All I have to do is contend with French customs. Am I correct?? Thank youcollhar1posted on Sat, Jun 16You arrive at Terminal 2's satellite building 2G and depart from satellite building 2E. T2 has satellites 2B, 2D & 2F on one side of the driveway and 2A, 2C & 2E on the opposite side. Satellite 2G of Terminal 2 is further away; a shuttle bus runs between 2E and 2G. However, if you are a non-Schengen (countries not part of the Schengen agreement) arrival, you need to go through immigration /customs clearance involving picking up bags & re-checking them in, before continuing to your connecting flight. Also, as an international arrival (incl. US citizens) in Boston, you will need to do the same.sajun12posted on Sat, Jun 16

Connecting between Terminal 2D and 2EJun 14, 201211Tomorrow I will be arriving at Terminal 2D and departing from Terminal 2E. Will 1 hr 25 minutes be enough time?JPposted on Thu, Jun 141 person likes this post [ Like ]At CDG, you need to go through non-Schengen (international arrivals) customs clearance - this can take up to 50 mins, depending on the line in front of you and will involve your picking up your bag and re-checking it in after control. Terminal 2E has on the departures level access to gates L21-L53 and K21-K54; Terminal 2F has gates F24-56. Thereafter you need to take the shuttle bus, as 2E & 2D are on opposite sides. Your time is tight but you should be able to make it. A shuttle bus connects 2C & 2G, as well as 2E & 2G.thjun12posted on Thu, Jun 14

Change terminalsJun 8, 201230I think I screwed up in last post. I arrive in Term 2G. I have to get to Term.2E. to get the connecting flight to Boston. I have 1hr and 25min. Is this enough time to get through French security? ...Thankscollhar1posted on Thu, Jun 7This is Terminal 2's layout at CDG: T2 has satellites 2B, 2D & 2F on one side of the driveway and 2A, 2C & 2E on the opposite side. As an international arrival at CDG you need to go through their immigration/customs process before moving on to 2E. You should have enough time for transfer.frjun12posted on Fri, Jun 8Thanks. Changing Terminals at CDGJun 2, 201211What is the fastest way to get from Terminal 2e to 2F? The last time I was at CDG, you had to walk outside on a sidewalk with your luggage to change terminals. Has it improved?Waltposted on Fri, Jun 11 person likes this post [ Like ]At de Gaulle Airport, Terminal 2E has gates L21-L53 and K21-K54; Terminal 2F has gates F24-56. Terminals E & F are on opposite sides of the driveway - a shuttle bus outside runs between them. (this may be the faster way, though you need to go through security check again). The light-rail shuttle called CDGVAL makes its round among all terminals & parking areas.sajun12posted on Sat, Jun 2
