Hello, We are traveling LA to Paris Air France 69, arriving at 2E. We have just 1 hr 15 min to do immigration/passport check and then get to 2F For Air France 1567, to Florence. We leave this week. How to transfer from 2E to 2F quickly? I suppose we can always catch a later flight to Florence - this seems likely after reading other comments on line.
I think that should be enough time if the flight from LA is on-time.
I will fly from ROM to CDG with Airfrance (AF.1205) and arrive in Terminal 2F at 12.30 ETA. Then I will have connection flight to Doha with Qatar Airways (QR.040) in Terminal 1, ETD 15.15. This is separately ticket and I also have one checked baggage from ROM to CDG with Airfrance. Is 2hours 45minutes enough for us to catch our connecting flight to Doha? We have prepared our Boarding Pass (Online Check in).
I need to book a flight from Venice (VCE) to Chicago O'Hare (ORD). One option is on Air France via CDG. VCE-CDG flight arrives at 1440 with CDG-ORD flight departing at 1615. I'm a US citizen and will be checking one bag thru to ORD in Venice. I am unfamiliar with CDG airport -- so don't know which terminals are involved, etc. Is that enough time (1:35) to make/get to my connecting flight? Thanks!
Everything will be in the vast Terminal 2 complex. You just have to go through schengen exit passport control and to your departure gate. You should have enough time.
Hi there! I am thinking of booking a round trip from Singapore to Venice.
My departure flight is from Singapore to CDG with a 1h 15mins transit and from CDG to Venice thereafter. My return flight is also with a 1h 15mins transit. Do you think this is enough time? Also, can I assume that my checked in luggage will be sent to Venice or do I have to re-check in? Thank you very much in advance!
Are both flights on Air France? If so that's enough time. You won't have to do anything with your bags in Paris if that's the case as well.
Hello ZAP! Thank you for the prompt reply. Yes both my flights are on Air France. Okay I shall book for that then! Do I have to go through anymore security checks or any other formalities? Haven't been to CDG for a connecting flight before, so I'm not sure if there will be enough time to walk over and all.
You should just have to go through passport control.
Passport control @ CDG took 1.5 hours today. The French should be embarrassed.
Arrival frm SFO to CDG on AirFrance (terminal 2) at 11:35am with connecting flight at 12:50 in terminal 1). Is this enough time to get through everything?
No, that is not reasonably enough time.
HI I'm looking at taking a domestic flight from nice to paris (cdg) with easyjet and I have already booked a flight with united from paris (cdg) to seattle. I have to check in my luggage. Is an hour and 15 minutes enough to retrieve my bag and check into my international flight?
With checked luggage, this is probably not enough time in Paris. You will need at least 1h45m, 2 hours to be safe. I reccomend that you do not book this. If you miss the flight in Paris, neither EasyJet nor Air France will be responsible for paying for the new ticket to Paris, meaning you'll be stranded in Paris unless you pay out of pocket for another flight to Seattle.
I have to reserve a ticket from Geneva to Rio de Janeiro via CDG. Both flights will be on the same reservation with Air France and I will have the my luggage directly checked-in for Rio. I am a European citizen. The transfer will be from terminal 2F to 2E. I need t choice between 1h50 or 3h05 connection times. Is 1h50 too tight or should I consider the longer layover? Thanks
The 1:50 should be enough time.
I am flying into cdg from Ams and from Ams to Rdu on same ticket with air France . Will I have to go thru security and passport control?
Flying from Ams to cdg and then cdg to Rdu. On same ticket with air France . Will I have to go thru passport control or security
You will have to go through Schengen Exit passport control. It is a very brief process.
Flying from LAX to CDG Terminal 1 on United, arrive 730am. Trying to connect to AF flight to Rennes at Terminal 2G at 930am. Carryon only. Is that enough time?
p.s. US citizen
With Carry-ons only that's just enough time. Check in online for your Air France flight before you leave the US.
Arriving DL 82 - terminal 2E - connecting to AF 1232 To ATH. From which gate does that AF usually depart. Can I make if in 1 hr?
The exact gates of Air France within-Schengen flights change daily. You have just enough time if your Delta flight arrives on-time.
