They will go through US Immigration at the first point of entry in the United States, wherever that is. What is their route from Mumbai to Philadelphia? There are no nonstop flights

I am flying from Toronto to Manchester, UK with a 3 hour and 45 minute layover in Philly. I arrive at Terminal F and depart from Terminal A. Will I need to go through security again, will I need to pick up my luggage, and will I have enough time to make my flight to Manchester?
You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Toronto. All you have to do in PHL is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. There is a shuttle bus that runs inside security from Terminal F to Terminal A. You have plenty of time.
Thanks so much for your swift response! Much appreciated.
I'm flying out later today from terminal F. Hows the conditions there?
Crowded, backed up flight delays?
My daughter arrives in PHL terminal F from Portland and then has 1hr 50 mins to change to terminal A for flight to Glasgow UK. Is this enough time?
Yes, it should be plenty of time. US Airways runs a shuttle bus inside security from Terminal F to the other terminals, including A.
My daughter leaves for Nice, France on Jan.3 going to DC then to Brussels then Nice. Can my husband and I get a gate pass to sit with her at her gate while she waits for her flight? (She will be gone 6 months).
Only if she is a child.
I'm going from Cincinnati to Manchester England, and stopping in PHL for 55 minutes...is that workable? Also, If I miss my flight do they put me on another flight or do I have too purchase another ticket?
Yes, that should be enough time. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. If you arrive in Terminal F, it is connected to the other terminals by a shuttle bus. Yes, if you miss your connection they will rebook you. Although that may not be until the next day.
I have to check a bag in PIT. Do I have to pick up my bag in PHL and go through security and customs again in order to get my flight to Punta Cana. I have a 1 hr and 20 min layover. Is this enough time?
Your bag should be transferred to your next flight, you won't need to pick it up. When you arrive at the airport all terminals are connected, so you'll be behind security and won,t have to go through Customs again.
You do not go through US Immigration or customs when leaving the US. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
Awesome! Thank you!
Im flying into philly airport and I need to know how to make a connection, either by rail or bus to Atlantic city, NJ. Also if anyone knows how long it will take to get from philly terminal to the connection place. Thank you.
There's a greyhound bus from downtown Philadelphia to Atlantic City for $15. However, the easiest method would probably be to take the SEPTA Airport Line to 30th St. Station and then the NJ Transit Atlantic City Line to Atlantic City.
