Flying in from Manchester, UK landing PHL on a Sunday at 13:25 (Aug 06). Is this enough time to leave airport to visit the Liberty Bell, pick up food at Reading Terminal Market and return within 5.5 hours?

I've worked out the following schedule:

Sunday 06 August 2017

18:54 GMT American Airlines MAN to PHL Terminal A

Layover 5 hours 29 mins

13:25 Arrive PHL Terminal A
13:45 Immigration
14:00 Collect Bags
14:15 Bag Drop

Train Airport Line Terminal A depart time: 14:41, 15:11, 15:41

14:41 Travel to Liberty Bell
14:41 Train 31 mins or Taxi 15 mins

Train Jefferson Station arrive times: 15:10, 15:40, 16:10

If arriving on 15:10 train then that give 2 hours and 10 minutes to explore

15:12 Walk to Liberty Bell from Jefferson
15:30 1 Hour at Liberty Bell
16:30 Walk to Reading Terminal Market (15 mins)
16:45 30 Mins at Reading Terminal Market
17:15 Walk to Jefferson Station

Train Jefferson Station to PHL Airport Line Terminal A depart times: 16:50, 17:20, 17:50

17:20 Travel to Philadelphia Airport Terminal A Airport Line
Train 30 mins from Jefferson Station or Taxi 15 mins (UberXL $36-$47)

Train Airport Line PHL Terminal A arrive times: 17:17, 17:47, 18:17

17:47 Arrive Philadelphia Airport (1 hour 7 mins before departure)

17:54 Customs
18:24 Depature Gate
18:54 Flight departure
Sounds good. Just one correction. You will go through Security when you return to the airport, not Customs.
I will be arriving at 4:00 pm from Barcelona on October 19 on American, with a proposed flight to LAX at 6:27 pm on the same day (about 2 1/2 hour layover). Is this adquate to clear customers, recheck bags, clear security, etc? I don't run that fast.. I am 65 years old.
That should be plenty of time.
HI THere,
I'm travelling from St. Martin to toronto with a connection in Philadelphia. I've got 1h and 10 minutes between connections to Toronto. I'm travelling on American Airlines and will have baggage. i've got global entry/nexus, but am wondering if this is enough time to make it onto the flight to toronto. Do american airlines connect in the same terminals
That's not a realistic amount of time to make your connection if you have checked bags. Without checked bags it's only barely possible and then only because you have Global Entry. American uses all but one of the terminals in Philadelphia.
Flight was changed to give me a 39 minute layover to my Cancun flight. Looks like I'll be coming in at terminal F from PWM and flying out at A. Is this doable? Should we take the shuttle or walk? We're fast walkers. How long does the shuttle take to get from F to A?
It's not very realistic. If you were to make it, it would probably be by running.
Would the shuttle bus be faster than trying to run from F to A ? Do we have to go through security again if we choose not to take the shuttle?
You can do either inside security. If you can run, the shuttle bus is probably NOT faster.
They changed our flights and only giving us 35 minute layover to catch our flight to Jamacia. Is that enough time?
If the first flight is domestic that is possible but leaves absolutely no time to spare. I'd reject the schedule change.
I have twenty minutes until my next flight boards from when my previous flight lands in terminal F. What is the best way to get to terminal C as quickly as possible?
Running is probably the fastest way.
Arriving at PA (terminal A) at 13:50. My connection to Syracuse is at 16:25 will I have enough time? Scheduled to depart from terminal F.

GB passport.
Where are you flying into PHL from? Even if it's international that should be enough time.
I'm flying from Paris to PHL on American Airlines, connection to an Alaska airline flight to Seattle. Is two hours enough to go through custom?
If both flights are on the same reservation that is just enough time.
Having alayover in PHL with 2:30 hours layover in PHL, needs to get from terminal a to terminal c but have to go through custum and imigration (non american line in immigration). Should it be enoigh time?
If both flights are on the same reservation, yes, that should be enough time.
Hi , I wil haev 2:30 hours laypover in PHL once arriving from ATH with AA. Is it enough time for imigration(Im non american) and custom including takingbagaes and getting to the relevant terminal?
If both flights are on the same reservation, yes, that should be enough time.
