Going from Terminal C to BAug 6, 201212How long does it take to go from Terminal C to terminal B? Walking or by sky shuttle? thxghtposted on Mon, Aug 6[ Reply ]1 person likes this post [ Like ]You can walk from the C gates (C16-31 on both sides of the Concourse) to the B gates. Terminal B/C of PHL has on either side Concourses B & C, which are reached from the Food Court & Shops located at the B/C link /connector: When arriving at C gates walk towards gate C16, then cross the B/C link and you are close to gates B1 & B2, (B gates are B1-B17) - transfer passengers do not need to re-enter security checks, as all but Terminal F are connected at post-security areas.moaug12posted on Mon, Aug 61 person likes this post [ Like ]

Travel time between A and B TerminalAug 4, 201210At PHL you can use the moving walkway connecting TA-West & TA-East to TB - no need to go through security check. However, if you arrive at TA-West as an international arrival (unless you have gone through US customs clearance by participating airports in Canada and the Caribbean), you need to go through passport check, retrieve checked bags, go through customs clearance and - if transferring to another flight - re-check-in bag.saaug12posted on Sat, Aug 4

International student immigration checkJul 16, 201210Hello, my flight is scheduled to arrive in PHL terminal A at 3.30 PM from London. PHL is my port of entry in the USA. My next flight is scheduled to depart at 5.30 PM from terminal B to Indianapolis. I would like to know is this time sufficient for immigration check, baggage check-in and to travel between Terminal A to B? Do I have to recheck my baggage? I am flying with US Airways. I greatly appreciate your help and time.shrutiposted on Sun, Jul 15Presuming that you use US Airways for both flights: You arrive at Terminal A (TA-West) serves all international arrivals. On arrival you need to go through passport check, pick up your bag, go through customs clearance, and re-check-in your bag where indicated (could take up to 1 hr in summer). Thereafter proceed to Terminal B via moving walkway, which has gates B1-16. Note that distances between the terminals are long, but two hours are enough time for gate-to-gate transfer.mojul12posted on Mon, Jul 16

procedure between TA West and TBJul 16, 201221I will travel with my son to Kona via PLH and SF, starting with Munich airport in Germany, all flights are operated by US Airlines and after reading all entries here on forum I am not sure with one thing - where shoud we have to re-checked our luggage after passing US immigration and picking-up them ? Directly on TA West or we should carry them personally to TB ? Sure, we would like to stay in post security areas all the time to avoid new checks. Thanks in advance.JINNposted on Thu, Jul 121. Since you only have one airline, you will not have to worry about baggage transfer. However, at Munich make sure that your baggage tags indicate all airport Code names. When you arrive at PHL (I presume that's what you meant - Philadelphia Airport) you need to go through passport check, pick up your bag for customs clearance and re-check it in - you will be guided by signs - "recheck-in' is dropping off your bag at dedicated area.thjul12posted on Thu, Jul 121 person likes this post [ Like ]thanks a lot, by the way - is the procedure the same for way back, i.e. pick-up baggage after arrival from SF and go to the international terminal and recheck baggage or USAirlines as one operater for the whole journey will take care about everything and our baggage will travell from Kona to Munich without our touch ?JINNposted on Mon, Jul 16

Use the Red Line of the AirTrain, an automated people mover. Just follow signs. You have enough time. Make sure that on arrival you look at the overhead screens to find your departure flight number, gate and time.mojun12posted on Mon, Jun 25
