  • Going from Terminal C to B

How long does it take to go from Terminal C to terminal B? Walking or by sky shuttle? thx

You can walk from the C gates (C16-31 on both sides of the Concourse) to the B gates. Terminal B/C of PHL has on either side Concourses B & C, which are reached from the Food Court & Shops located at the B/C link /connector: When arriving at C gates walk towards gate C16, then cross the B/C link and you are close to gates B1 & B2, (B gates are B1-B17) - transfer passengers do not need to re-enter security checks, as all but Terminal F are connected at post-security areas.

I am arriving at Terminal F and departing at terminal B I have 1 hour. What shuttle do I take to get to Terminal B from Terminal F. Doea it matter If i get on the shuttle that is A-East or A-west. I don't think there is one that goes to terminal B.

Shuttle bus connection is not made clear at PHL site; however, all terminals other than Terminal F are connected at their concourse level. A gates are to the far end with B gates right next to them.

How can I get from Terminal A to Terminal B?

At PHL you can use the moving walkway connecting TA-West & TA-East to TB - no need to go through security check. However, if you arrive at TA-West as an international arrival (unless you have gone through US customs clearance by participating airports in Canada and the Caribbean), you need to go through passport check, retrieve checked bags, go through customs clearance and - if transferring to another flight - re-check-in bag.

How can I get from Terminal F to Terminal B, my flight is next month and I would like some help

Terminal F is separate from the other terminals; exit the terminal and take the free shuttle bus operated by US Airways to Terminal A, which is connected to Terminal B.

how do I get the train from terminal A (Frontier Airline). I will be arriving at 8:44 and need to be in phil. to get the 10:43 train to ACY.

On arrival at Terminal A of PHL, take the SEPTA rail on the R1 Airport Line connecting the Airport's Terminals A-East, B, C, D & E. to the City and making stops at the following stations: East Wick, 38th Street, Penn Center Suburban, Market East. For SEPTA 'general information' call 215-580-7800; for SEPTA 'CCT Connect' call 215-580-7700 - or visit SEPTA at septa.org.

Thank you for your help. Will I have enough time to make my connection and do I need a reservation

Hello, my flight is scheduled to arrive in PHL terminal A at 3.30 PM from London. PHL is my port of entry in the USA. My next flight is scheduled to depart at 5.30 PM from terminal B to Indianapolis. I would like to know is this time sufficient for immigration check, baggage check-in and to travel between Terminal A to B? Do I have to recheck my baggage? I am flying with US Airways. I greatly appreciate your help and time.

Presuming that you use US Airways for both flights: You arrive at Terminal A (TA-West) serves all international arrivals. On arrival you need to go through passport check, pick up your bag, go through customs clearance, and re-check-in your bag where indicated (could take up to 1 hr in summer). Thereafter proceed to Terminal B via moving walkway, which has gates B1-16. Note that distances between the terminals are long, but two hours are enough time for gate-to-gate transfer.

  • procedure between TA West and TB

I will travel with my son to Kona via PLH and SF, starting with Munich airport in Germany, all flights are operated by US Airlines and after reading all entries here on forum I am not sure with one thing - where shoud we have to re-checked our luggage after passing US immigration and picking-up them ? Directly on TA West or we should carry them personally to TB ? Sure, we would like to stay in post security areas all the time to avoid new checks. Thanks in advance.

    1. Since you only have one airline, you will not have to worry about baggage transfer. However, at Munich make sure that your baggage tags indicate all airport Code names. When you arrive at PHL (I presume that's what you meant - Philadelphia Airport) you need to go through passport check, pick up your bag for customs clearance and re-check it in - you will be guided by signs - "recheck-in' is dropping off your bag at dedicated area.

thanks a lot, by the way - is the procedure the same for way back, i.e. pick-up baggage after arrival from SF and go to the international terminal and recheck baggage or USAirlines as one operater for the whole journey will take care about everything and our baggage will travell from Kona to Munich without our touch ?

two young adults, will be traveling from San Fan to Phili, TB to TF. only have 50 mins. worried they will not have enough time to get to TF. can someone who had taken the flight either TB to TF or the other way around. ;et me know how it was to get around. don't want these kids getting lost

At SFO you arrive at Terminal 1, Boarding area B and depart from Terminal 3, Boarding area F. Use the Red Line of the AirTrain, an automated people mover. Just follow signs. You have enough time. Make sure that on arrival you look at the overhead screens to find your departure flight number, gate and time.

thanks for the info. thought they had to take a bus or tram. people mover is good. the older of two is 17. he worried, has lonely fly twice both adults. can he Dad still pay US Airway the 100 fee to have them met at gate and take them to TF?

I will be taking the train to the airport from the city area. Does SEPTA rail go directly to F concourse and will I be able to use my on line cell phone boarding pass to go through security there.

At PHL 3, the SEPTA rail on the R1 Airport Line connects the Airport's Terminals A-East, B, C, D & E. to the City and makes stops at the following stations: East Wick, 38th Street, Penn Center Suburban, Market East. For SEPTA 'general information' call 215-580-7800; for SEPTA 'CCT Connect' call 215-580-7700 - or visit SEPTA at septa.org. As to cell phone boarding pass - you probably can - make sure by contacting PHL at (215) 937 6937 or Twitter at @PHLAirport

I want to get to Cape May NJ and plan to use SEPTA to get to the Greyhound bus station. Is the SEPTA Station in terminal B? What stop do get off to walk to the Greyhound station? How many blocks is the Greyhound station from said stop? Have there been any safety concerns riding the train? Thanks for your help.

At PHL you have the following options: 1. The SEPTA rail on the R1 Airport Line connects the Airport's Terminals A-East, B, C, D & E. to the City and makes stops at the following stations: East Wick, 38th Street, Penn Center Suburban, Market East. 22. SEPTA buses 37 & 108 also offer service to Downtown Philadelphia, with stops along the way. 3. For SEPTA 'general information' call 215-580-7800; for SEPTA 'CCT Connect' call 215-580-7700 - or visit SEPTA at septa.org. 4. For transportation information other than for SEPTA call the Ground Transportation hotline at 215-937-6958.

HI, I am leaving from New Orleans on the 13th of June, to PHL, then PHL to Paris CDG. I would like to know the terminal connections and the time needed to get from one to another. Merci !

Where you arrive at PHL and depart from, depends on your airline. I suggest you open www.ifly.com/phl and click under Quick Links "Terminal Map" - under the map, you see detailed listing of terminals, airlines & transfer options.

How can I get terminal D from terminal B, out of the security area?

At PHL, you need to exit TD, walk over to Terminal B/C, which connects at the ticketing level to the food court and Concourse B.
