Checking luggage and leaving Ithaca NY on AA and arriving PHL, Terminal F-2 @7:14 PM. Departing AA - PHL for LHR London Terminal A-21 @ 8:40 PM. Are there any further customs or security checks in PHL? How much time needed to get from Terminal A to Terminal F? Is it walk only to stay in security?
All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. There is a shuttle from F to A that runs inside security. You have enough time.
Hello! I'm not traveling for a while but might as well ask my question now. Next April 17, I'm flying American Airlines - Boston - Philadelphia flight #1724 - arrival - 11:41am. Then Philadelphia - Ottawa - leave 12:33pm. Flight #4275. Less than an hour between flights. Do both flights arrive /depart from terminal F and do I have to go through a security check again in Philadelphia? I don't believe I go through Canada Customs until my return to Ottawa Thanks!
All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. Also your schedule will DEFINITELY change between now and next April.
Thanks! I hope it does change so I can cancel everything and get a direct flight. BTW, have carry on only.
I am arriving from the U.K. into terminal A and have to collect my bags and get myself to check in for a Southwest flight from terminal E (no transfer of bags). Is there a shuttle outside of terminal A security that I can take to terminal E?
No, you will have to walk along the curbfront outside to E. It's not that far.
Land at terminal c, leave connecting flight 45 minutes later at terminal f. Is that enough time and what is the best way to get there the quickest
The fastest way is to walk. You have enough time if the first flight is on-time.
Can Terminal F be accessed directly by private car?
Yes, it now has a lobby and check in area like the other terminals.
We're flying in to PHL for our first time and aren't familiar with the airport. We fly in to gate B1 and have to catch a connecting flight at F39, with only 45 mins between flights. Is this doable? I'll have 2 kids in tow, what would be the best way to make this happen?
Yes, that is possible. you can walk or take the shuttle bus.
Thank you, you've helped ease some of my anxiety. With only seeing an online map of how big the airport is it was we were a little worried.
I am booked on an American Airlinesflight from San Juan Puerto Rico which arrives in PHL at 17:05, and I leave on a BRitish Airways flight to London UK at 18:40. Do I have enough time for the transfer?
Yes, that is enough time. All you have to do in PHL is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
Not sure why this isn't easier and probably answered a million times but: we arrive AA unknown what terminal at 1:40; leave for Chicago from unknown terminal at 3:44. I see we need to go thru immigration, thru US customs, and thru security to departure gates (no checked baggage). My concern is time to get from ar international terminal to dept domestic terminal. Do things ever go smoothly?
That is incorrect. You will pre-clear US Immigration and customs in Dublin. All you have to do in Philadelphia is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have plenty of time.
I am flying Southwest to Louisiana with stop in Orlando, what terminal do I leave from?? Thank you
Southwest uses Terminal E.
i am going from Abu Dhabi (AUH) to London (LHR) then a connection flight to USA , i am asking , can i take a laptop with me on the airplane because i am basically going to USA from london , and i booked the connections flight all together .
No, as the UK has the same rules as the US from those inbound countries.
