Hi-I'm flying back from St. Martin thru Phil and connecting to a Piedmont air flight to Rochester The reservation is all under American Airlines. Is 90 minutes enough time to clear customs and get to a different terminal?
That is barely enough time if everything goes smoothly.
Hi all. Im looking to book a flight from Manchester in the UK, with stopover for 1.5 hours in PHIL, with a flight then on to San Juan, Puerto Rico. Do I need to reclaim my bags etc in PHIL and go through customs and will 90 mins be enough? Appreciate any tips. I can book a different flight if it's not recommended although this is my preferred. Thanks.
This is the bare minimum recommended international to domestic connection time at PHL. Yes, you will have to go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, go through security and to your departure gate.
Hi, I am flying from Europe into Philly, where I have my connecting flight for domestic US destination. The wait in philly is 2.5 hours. Is that enough for transition? I will have checked bags too. I will also have to change the terminals.
Hi, i'm travelling from Indy into PHL terminal F. Then I've a flight to london at terminal A 1 hr later. A couple of Q - do I have to go through security again at PHL, do I have ot big up my luggage or will it get transferred, and finally do i have enough time to make the connections between terminals?
No, you don't have to go through security again or do anything with your bags in PHL on your way to London. Yes, you have enough time. Take the shuttle bus.
Coming from Islip into PHL at 1:04 Terminal F and leaving at 1:55 Terminal B, gate 16 (TOMORROW). I've read conflicting opinions regarding shuttle times vs. walking. THREE Questions: 1- Can I walk to Terminal B without going through security? 2. How long does the walk take? 3. What would you do?
If I miss this connection I'm toast... Thanks in advance :)
Yes, you can now walk from F without going through security - this is new. The walk will probably take about 15 minutes. I personally would probably take the bus, but either is probably fine if the flight from Islip is on-time.
