1. Picking Up Passengers - Before you leave to pick-up someone from the airport, use the Flight Arrivals Page. You can check to see if the flight is on time and which baggage carousel will be used. You may pick up passengers at the arrivals curb directly outside of baggage claim. Please note there is no stopping or waiting with your vehicle at the curbside. If you wish to wait for your party, park your car in short term parking (first hour, $1), and wait for your party inside of baggage claim.

2. Short-Term Parking - best for parking less than 24 hours, and convenient for dropping off and picking up passengers. Fees:
$1.00 for 1st hour
$3.00 for ea. addl. hr.
$20.00 for daily max.

3. Long-Term Parking - best for short trips with tickets/carry-on luggage; ideal for shoppers/sightseers; or use for drop-off/pick-up. Fees:
$1.50 per hour
$11.00 for daily max

4. Extended Parking - the most economical lot for travelers on long trips. Free shuttle service to/from terminal via luxury buses.

5. Valet Parking - phone 412.472.3001; fax 412.472.3396 - DIRECTIONS: When you enter the airport from the Beaver Valley Expressway State Route 60, you can find Pittsburgh Airport Valet Parking by following the airport signs for Valet Parking. It is located next to the rental car return in the bottom level of the Short Term Parking Garage, only a few steps away from the Pittsburgh International Airport Terminal. Drivers can pull up to the valet kiosk and leave their cars with the valet. Within moments you are well on your way to checking in for your flight and heading to your gate.

Valet parking is offered seven days a week, 24-hours a day. No appointment is necessary. All airport parking is patrolled by the Allegheny County Police. Customers are also offered additional services, such as wash, detail and oil change, that can be done while away.

FEES: $24.99 for the first day and $19.99 for each additional day. For an additional $99.95, the valet service will detail the inside or the outside of the car. A complete details costs $169.95. Other auxiliary services include an oil change for $38.95, changing the wiper blades for $29.95, a hand wash for $14.95, an automatic wash for $9.95, vacuuming for $9.95 and they will also apply a rain repellant to the front windshield for $9.95.

5. GENERAL PARKING INFORMATION:

(a) Short-Term Parking - Daily/Hourly Parking: Garage parking at the terminal with 2,100 spaces. Approach from Airport Entrance or after passing Landside Terminal. Easy access to indoor, climate-controlled Moving Walkway. Enter the Landside Terminal on the Transit Level. Garage is fully lighted, has rapid exit and patrolled by Allegheny County Police. Disabled access.

(b) Long-Term Parking Lot - Daily/Hourly Parking: The Lot has 3,100 spaces and offers quick access to moving walkway. Approach from Airport entrance or after passing Landside Terminal. Easy access to indoor, climate-controlled moving walkway. Enter the Landside Terminal on the Transit Level. Long-Term Parking is paved and fully-lighted. It is equipped with security surveillance cameras and patrolled by Allegheny County Police, and features ten-exit plaza. Disabled access.

(c) Extended Parking Lot - Daily Parking Only: A paved, fully-lighted lot with 8,000 spaces at the lowest airport parking rates. Approach from Airport Entrance or after passing Landside Terminal. Free, continuous shuttle service to/from landside Terminal on luxury, air-conditioned buses and 16 heated shuttle stop shelters equipped with two-way communication to parking office. The lot is equipped with security surveillance cameras and is patrolled by Allegheny County Police. Disabled access.

From Pittsburgh
Go through Fort Pitt tunnels RT 279 South (approximately 11 miles). Follow 279 South to RT 22/30 to RT 60 North (same road, just changes names). Follow approximately 6-7 miles to Airport Exit #5.

From the North
Traveling Southbound on I-79
(for example from Erie, New York, etc.)

On I-79 South, exit 60B (Moon Run/Airport), RT 60 North towards airport (follow the airport signs). Travel approximately 12 miles to Airport Exit #6.

Via Beers School Road
Travelers` Alert: Due to the construction closure of the Flaugherty Run Road Exit, an alternate route to the airport is available. At the intersection of Beers School Road and Business 60, turn left onto Business 60 South. Travel approximately two miles and take the Airport Exit for 60 North to Pittsburgh International Airport.

From the South
Traveling Northbound on I-79
(for example, from West Virginia and Washington D.C.)

Exit #59B, RT 22/30 RT 60 (same road) towards airport. Follow RT 60 (bear left). Travel approximately 6-7 miles to Airport Exit #6.

From the West
Traveling Eastbound on I-80
(for example, from Ohio)
On I-80 East follow signs for PA Turnpike (I-76) Follow I-76 East until Exit #1A/11 (sign will say New Castle). Follow signs for Toll 60 South (Beaver/Pittsburgh). Airport is Exit #6 Steubenville OH/Weirton WV Take 22/30 to Exit for RT 60 North and follow signs toward Airport. Travel approximately 12 miles to Airport Exit #6.

From the East
Traveling Westbound on I-376 (for example from Monroeville, PA Turnpike from Philadelpia, etc.)
Follow RT 376 West to Fort Pitt Bridge and Tunnel (follow overhead signs to the airport for correct lanes). Go through tunnels to RT 279 (approximately 11 miles). Follow 279 (Parkway West) to RT 22/30 to RT 60 North (same road just changes names). Follow RT 60 North (bear left), travel approximately 6-7 miles to Airport Exit #6.
