I will be traveling with my elderly father and have requested wheelchair assistance through AirTran. However, I will need the wheelchair at the time we arrive at the airport. Where will I need to go to get a wheelchair? I

I flew out of Columbus on Jan 2nd, 2012. My flight was out of gate A2 at lunchtime. I plugged into one of the power outlets at the window wall seating nearest the security checkpoint. Power was not available at the chair outlets. I think the power plug feeding the seat outlets was not making good contact with the wall outlet as the plug was not fully inserted into the wall outlet. The weight and strain of the cord and the straight out plug orientation were pulling the plug out of the wall outlet. I think that a right angle plug would work better in this location.
