Main Terminal / Concourses at Prague Ruzyne PRG Airport

Prague Airport has a total of four passenger terminals, two of which are the connected main terminals T1 & T2 and referred to as the ‘North Terminals’. (Terminal 3, the South Terminal, is used for private & charter flights; Terminal 4 is used exclusively for VIP flights and state visits).

Terminal 1 (T1) with Levels 0, 1 & 2 & Concourse A is intended for non-Schengen flights, and
Terminal 2 (T2) with levels 0, 1, 2 & 3 and Concourses B, C, D is for Schengen flights.

Checking In at Prague Airport: A total of 25 Self-check-in kiosks for Czech Airlines, AirFrance, Finnair, Iberia, KLM & Lufthansa are available in the Departure halls of both terminals (16 in T2, 9 in T1). Check-in counters in T1 & T2, Deparute Halls, open two hours before, and close 30 minutes prior to, scheduled departure flight. For oversized luggage go to ‘Non-Standard Baggage’ counters , available in both terminals. You can also check in on the internet for certain airlines. To check in via mobile phone, these airlines participate at present: AirFrance, Austrian, Finnnair, Iberia, KLM, Lufthansa & Swissair.

Services and Amenities in the North Terminals:  Both T1 & T2 terminals have an array of shops and food & drink establishments, as well as duty-free shops, along with the usual services and amenities of a large Airport, including: internet access (fre or paid WiFi HotSpot), banking, ATM machines & foreign currency exchange (to change Czech crowns, use the ATM machines in the arrivals hall instead of the overpriced exchange offices), pharmacy & first aid stations, children’s play areas, post office, and a wellness center. Departure displays at the Airport show with details about the departing flights, & weather conditions of the destination airports.
Luggage wrapping is available in both terminals in the check-in areas; Luggage Storage for 1 hr to one month is available at Left Luggage.
Business Centers, located in both terminals, offer computer workstations & refreshments. Conference halls for up to 350 attendees are on the first floor of the area between T1 & T2 (tel. 220 113 838).

NEW: Prague information kiosks have been installed in the Customs areas of Terminals 1 & 2, offering internet access to Prague's online tourist guide website:  praguewelcome.cz

VIP Lounges at Prague Airport: (a) The Club Continental (tel. +420 220 114490 / fax 525), located in the separate VIP Terminal next to T1, offers a wide range of special services. (b) The Citibank Lounge (tel. +420 220 115908 / fax 119116) in T2, 2d floor, offers many VIP services, including 48-hr free parking.
