Introduction: The Metropolitan Airport Authority of Rock Island County (MAA) oversees the taxi cab and shuttle operations. Guidelines and Customers' Bill of Rights & Responsibilities are posted in a glass case adjacent to the phone board located on the east wall of the baggage claim area. It should be noted that many of these providers require a reservation particularly in the evening hours.
