Visitor Information Station Traveler Services
Open Mo-Th 9am-5pm., and staffed by volunteers Fridays and Saturdays. Location: across the restrooms, near the hanging airplane. It has visitor maps and sightseeing/attraction brochures for the Quad City area. For more information call the Quad City Convention & Visitors Bureau at (800) 747-7800.

MLI Terminal Services:

--Courtesy phones are for emergency and incoming pages.
--Rental Car agencies are near door 6 at the baggage claim
--Hotel shuttles and taxi information board are near door 7.
--Chair Massage "Touch and Go" can be found in Concourse B.

MLI Airport logs in, locks & stores all items lost in the terminal. Call during regular business hrs: (309) 757-1768. For items lost in the airplane contact your airline.

For delayed or lost luggage contact your airline, by making a claim with an airline employee at the baggage claim area.
Mail boxes are available at MLI terminal.
Pets are not allowed in the MLI terminal unless they are working dogs or are in a safe kennel. Contact your airline as to their requirements.
Smoking is not permitted at MLI Airport's terminal.
