Airport Mailers: Items not allowed at TSA checkpoint can use the plastic pouch provided for the item, complete payment & shipping form & drop package at Aiport Mailer box located at the entrances to both B & C Concourses. Items will arrive at your home 3-4 weeks thereafter. (Airport Mailers tel. 336-499-0899).
Prepaid Phone Cards (startingat incements of $5) are availab le at vending machines throughout the terminal and at Adventure News in the terminal lobb.
Gaming Machines & Massage chairs are on both concourses and the terminal lobby.

International Travelers at Reno Tahoe RNO Airport
All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance . If they continue their journey they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate. For Terminal and /or Concourse connections, please refer to 'Terminal Map' page.
NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.

1. If you lost an item onboard your airplane, contact your airline's lost & found department.

Mail Center / U.S. Post Office at Reno Tahoe RNO Airport
A US Mailbox is north of main terminal entrance - at the curb. Stamps are available at Adventure News store in the Terminal Lobby, or from any ATM machines.
Pets / Animals at Reno Tahoe RNO Airport
Animals are not permitted in the terminal at the Airport unless they are being used to assist disabled individuals, or are in proper pet carriers.
Quoting RNO Airport: "...all of the airlines that serve the Reno-Tahoe International Airport allow dogs and cats "in cabin". However, policies vary from one air carrier to another when it comes to pets traveling as "checked baggage" and as "cargo". All airlines assess fees for this service. In addition, pet carriers count toward passenger carry-on and checked baggage limits...."
