Main Terminal / Concourses at Richmond RIC Airport
The new passenger terminal at Richmond International Airport, opened in 2007, has two levels and Concourses A & B .
Level One includes baggage claim & baggage service offices, ground transportation, rental car counters, valet parking services and a new Richmond Region Visitor Center (in the center, between the baggage claim carousels.
Level Two includes ticket counters, a bank branch & ATM machine near security checkpoints, separate security checkpoints to Concourses A & B, outside check-in at curbside. Across from the Terminal are the North & South Garages, with North & South Garage Expansion on either side.
Concourse A presently serves Air Canada, American, Bahamasair & US Airways;
Concourse B presently serves AirTran, Delta, JetBlue & United.
Other services and amenities in the passenger terminal include an inter-faith chapel; shopping and dining is available just before and after security check leading to Conourses A & B; and Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the terminal. The new USO Center (tel. 804-236-7234), open 9am-9pm, is for military personnel & their families provides on-site computer servcices, food & drink, library, toiletries, and child care.
