Main Terminal / Concourses at Richmond RIC Airport
The new passenger terminal at Richmond International Airport, opened in 2007, has two levels and Concourses A & B .
Level One includes ATM machine, baggage claim, ground transportation, rental car counters, valet parking services and a new Richmond Region Visitor Center.
Level Two includes ticket counters, ATM machine, bank branch, Business Center, Concourses A & B, security checkpoints, and curbside check-in.
Other services and amenities in the passenger terminal include an inter-faith chapel; shopping and dining is available just before and after security check leading to Conourses A & B; and Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the terminal. The new USO Center (tel. 804-236-7234), open 9am-9pm, for military personnel & their families provides on-site computer servcices, food & drink, library, toiletries, and child care.
