The passenger terminal at Roanoke Regional Airport has two levels. 

On the first level you find Ground Transportation desks (rental cars, Roanoke & Carter Limos), Information and Baggage Claim areas to the left of the center, and ticket counters & travel agency to the right.  In the center are escalators & stairs leading to the second level.

The second level has a restaurant, bar & Lounge, gift shop, security office, Airport administraton offices, security ceckpoint,  and access to the boarding gates.
