MFR Airport's Information Booth is operated by Rogue Valley Manor Community Services and is staffed by the Retired Senior Volunteers Program (RSVP).

Hours of Operation: Mo-Fri, 8:30am-8:30pm; Sat, 10:30am-3:30pm; Sun, 11:30am-5:30pm.

The terminal lobby houses five rental car agencies, a gift shop, a restaurant/lounge, and airline operations.
Pets are not allowed in the terminal, unless they are working dogs or are in a safe kennel. Contact your airline as to their own rules pertaining to pets.
Smoking is not permitted in the Terminal.
