Terminal 3Jun 17, 201300Hi, I'm flying Alitalia ORD to SVO with a stop at FCO. Arriving to FCO at 8:00am and departing for SVO at 10:40am. I believe I'll be arriving in terminal 3 and departing from terminal 3. I'll have to go through passport control, correct? Do I need to go through immigration too? Thank you!MJRposted on Mon, Jun 17[ Reply ][ Like ]

flight connection at terminal 3Jun 17, 201310Hi, I'm flying with Alitalia indirect flight, (AZ 201 and AZ 782) from London Heathrow to Tokyo with a connection at FCO Rome Fiumicino. The connection time will be 1h15mins and it's within Terminal 3. I'd like to know if there will be enough time for the transition? I'm a UK citizen so I guess I'll have to pass the passport control (Non-schegen) and additional security checks? Will Alitalia book me onto next flight to Tokyo if I missed it. Thanks in advance! TERMINAL CONNECTIONJun 15, 201310hi i wrote my setuition befor and i want to add that i havnt got any luggege with me so can i go from ter 3 to ter 2 direct with out passing the immegration section because i havnt have shengen visa thank youAMANIposted on Sat, Jun 15As a 'non-Schengen' (foreign) arrival at FCO you need to go through passport check, and thereafter head for Terminal 2, Boarding Area C, where you need to go through security check before proceeding to your C-gate. (Boarding Areas B - H are inter-connected.)sajun13posted on Sat, Jun 15

ROME-FLORENCE-ROME-TORONTOJun 15, 201310Hi, I would like to know, if I am arriving at FCO Rome at 7pm at Terminal 3, and plan to take an Alitalia domestic flight at 9.25 to Florence from Terminal 1, after exiting immigration, luggage pick up, customs and depositing my 2 bags at the International Arrival luggage hold for safe keeping, will I be able to make up on this flight. Secondly I will be returning back from Florence at 8.15 am at FCO Terminal 1, will I be able to exit Terminal 1, collect my luggage from hold, and check in for my international flight at terminal 3 for Toronto at 10.30 am, will I be able to make it. Also, are the Alitalia domestic flight on time, or they are delayed or cancelled. Any information or details will be highly appreciated.Thanksismposted on Sat, Jun 15Normally, you would be ale to make your connections at FCO on time. However, with current intermittent strikes in European countries affecting flights, there is no guarantee. Note that all Boarding Areas B through H are inter-connected. When you are ready to proceed to your connecting gate, follow signs to 'Boarding Area'. Terminal 1 has Boarding Area B with gates 1-30. Keep checking the overhead screens after arrival for your Alitalia connection.sajun13posted on Sat, Jun 15

FCO terminal 5 to terminal 3Jun 11, 201320I'm arriving at FCO on Delta at 9:10 am. I assume we arrive in terminal 5 and must pass through customs. We depart on Aegean Air to Athens at 11 am. The flights were booked separately so we will have to check in at Aegean air and check bags. It looks like we will leave from terminal 3. My questions (1) will we make the connection, (2) what is the best way to get from terminal 5 to terminal 3, i.e. is it walkable or do you need to take a shuttle?tmaadaposted on Mon, Jun 10Southwest of Terminal 3 (across from Office Tower 1) is the small Terminal 5 for US flights, where you go through passport control. T5 & T3 are connected to each other by shuttles, arriving outside of the departures level of T3, where you need to go through security check before proceeding to your Boarding Area D or H (with corresponding gates, i.e., gate H19). Your time should suffice.tujun13posted on Tue, Jun 11Tujun is incorrect. No flights arrive in Terminal 5. It is a departure-only terminal. You will arrive in Terminal 3. All you will have to do upon arriving and clearing immigration is to go to the departures level and find the Aegean counter and check back in.ZAPposted on Tue, Jun 11

termibal2 to terminal1Jun 9, 201320hi i am travelling from dubai to rome to terminal2 at 8.05pm and want to catch altalia domestic airline to florence at 9.30pm do i need to go thru passport control? is it able to make the connection?ivinposted on Sat, Jun 8On arrival at FCO you need to go through 'non-Schengen' (foreign) passport control. Thereafter your Alitalia flight may depart from Terminals 1 or 3: T1 has Boarding area B, gates B1-30; T3 has Boarding areas D & H with gates D1-10 & H6-19. The overhead screens on arrival will indicate connecting flight number & gate. All Boarding Areas B - H are inter-connected. Your transfer time should suffice.sujun13posted on Sun, Jun 9

uae to rome then florenceJun 9, 201310i am travvelling from uae to rome by emirates to rome terminal2 and reaching 8.05 , is it possible i can catch 9.30 domestic flight to florence? do i have to go thru passport control?? plz help!@ivinposted on Sat, Jun 8On arrival at FCO you need to go through 'non-Schengen' (foreign) passport control. Thereafter your domestic flight to Florence depends on which Boarding Area /gate you depart from. The overhead screens on arrival will indicate connecting flight number & gate. All Boarding Areas B - H (each with corresponding gates (like C16) are inter-connected. Your transfer time should suffice. Make sure that Emirates will transfer your bags to your connecting airline; otherwise you would have to claim your bags on arrival & check them in at the connecting terminal.PilotJoeposted on Sun, Jun 9

meeting up arriving from two placesJun 3, 201321My Wife and I are meeting up In Rome, She is arriving on US Airways IDK which terminal, but I am arriving from on Lufthansa at terminal 3, where will be a good place to meet up, our flights both arrive at approx. the same time, should we both clear customs first and meet after, or before and go through together?RKMposted on Mon, Jun 3You will both arrive in Terminal 3. If you're on lufthansa you won't go through immigration as Germany is in Schengen. So you'll want to meet your wife after she exits immigration.ZAPposted on Mon, Jun 31 person likes this post [ Like ]
