Terminal C (arrivals): Information Desk staffed 7:30am-3pm; Interactive Information Totems are available after 3:00 p.m., and are wheelchair accessible.

Baggage Storage
The baggage storage is at terminal C, ground floor--international arrivals, open 7am-11pm. The average baggage will cost you 6 euros (for hours or day).

How to ship goods: Either contact your airline - or - use the services of an international shipment company. Have details ready as to address of destination, shipping company and dimensions, weight and contents of goods to be shipped. After arrival of your shipment you need confirmation by the airline, shipping company or body cargo (in case of a deceased person - from the ADR Operations), that shipment has arrived and is ready for customs clearance formalities and payment of diverse duties/taxes; the last two operations can be handled by the consignee and an appointed customs employee.
COLD STORAGE - The current warehouse can handle any type of goods and is equipped with the following:
* Seven refrigerators, with different temperatures (for fish, meat, drugs, etc.);
* An air-conditioned warehouse for the stock of plants and flowers;
* A warehouse for explosive materials, one for radio-active material and one for flammable, corrosive and oxidant materials;
* An area for animals equipped with jungle boxes, a salt water aquarium and a fresh water aquarium, a reptile jungle box and a big travail room for quadrupeds; * a strong-box for values;
* a mortuari room.
