Airport Guest Services, Airport Information and Travelers Assistance
Airport Information Booths are located in Terminals A, B and C.

Customer Service Centers
Customer Service Centers in Terminals B and C provide foreign currency exchange, insurance, facsimile and photocopying, notary public, and other services. Hours: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Telephone: (703) 417-3200 and (703) 417-3201.

Travelers Aid
Located in Terminal A, (703) 417-3972, and in Terminals B and C, (703) 417-3974.

Paging
Paging is available at the Information Counters and the Travelers Aid Desks in the terminals.

Travelers Aid Information Counters are staffed by volunteers, and are located at:
Terminal A (tel. 703-4417-3972);
Terminal B/C - Concoure level (tel. 703-417-1806; at Baggage Claim level (tel. 703-417-3974.

Tours for Student Groups

USO Lounge
The USO Lounge at Reagan National serves military personnel and their families. It is located on the Main level of Terminal A across from Lost and Found and is open daily 6am-10p.m. For more information call 703-417-8876. Amenities include: Hospitality desk staffed by USO volunteers; photocopying and faxing services; TV with movie library; free snack bar; wireless internet access; unlimited domestic and international calls; ground transportation and lodging assistance. Directions to the Lounge:
From Terminal A lobby, follow signs to Gates 10-45 and the lounge will be on your left.
From Terminal B/C Concourse level, follow signs to Gates 1-9 and the lounge will be on your right.

All international arrivals - with the exception of those who went through U.S. Customs clearance at participating airports - need to go through passport control, pick up their bags and go with them through Customs clearance .  If they continue their journey  they need to re-check-in their bags where indicated, before proceeding to to their connecting flight's gate.  For Terminal and /or Concourse connections, please refer to 'Terminal Map' page.

NOTE: Prior to departure make sure that your original airline will transfer bags to your connecting flight - if not, you need, after customs clearance, take them to your connecting terminal and  check them in at your connecting airline counter before proceeding to your gate.

1. If you lost an item in the terminal (including the TSA area), call Lost & Found at 703-417-0673, Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm. For online inquiry open http://www.mwaa.com/reagan/1219.htm and follow DCA's detailed instructions.

2. If you lost an item onboard your airplane, contact your airline. 

Drop boxes for U.S. mail are located in all terminals. Various postal services are available at the North Customer Service Center.

Pets are not allowed inside the terminals, unless in a kennel.  Exception: Working dogs on a leash.

Airline policies regarding pets vary widely and it is highly recommended that you contact the airline prior to making a reservation.

Animal relief areas are located outside Terminal A, at both ends of the arrivals level

Visitors may smoke on the outside terraces located on the upper level of the B and C terminals. There is no smoking inside the building except in select restaurants.
