Salisbury-Ocean City Wicomico Regional Airport SBY is located on the Delmarva Peninsula of the Chesapeake Bay, near the City of Salisbury, Maryland, and very close to the state borders of Delaware to the north and Virginia to the south. It is the only airport with scheduled airline service on this large peninsula and is consequently the hub of air transportation for the whole region. SBY Airport can be reached by State Hwy 13 to Salisbury and taking Route 12 for a few miles south.

Through US Airways Express/Piedmont Airlines, a number of daily commuter flights to Baltimore and Philadelphia, with connections around the world.

The terminal building includes an airline ticketing and check-in area, 2 departure gates, 1 arrival gate, the Airport Café and Lounge and 6 acres of parking facilities, as well as three rental car agencies.
