Flying in on SW (MKE-SFO) at 1:30, and then departing on United (SFO-OGG) at 4:30. What would all be involved in baggage and terminal change? Would I have plenty of time if flights are on time?
That should be enough time. You will have to claim your bags from Southwest, take them to United in Terminal 3 and re-check them and go through security.
Travelling on Qantas to SFO, landing at 9.30am but need to get to Kansas City. Have the option of booking Americal Airlines with one stop (with the advantage the AA is a One World Partner and the luggage is tagged) or booking a direct flight with United. Prefer the United option which departs at 1.18pm. Will I make this connection with transfers and checking in luggage for the domestic route?
Yes, that would be enough time.
just checking our flights from Sydney Aus on Qantas QF73 with connection flight Qantas/American airlines QF3120. we arrive San Fran at 9:30am with departure at 11:00am. Is this enough time to transfer 2 adults and 2 kids? what terminals are involved and what else do we need to consider? this was how the booking was given to us.
I'm arriving from Minneapolis to sfo at 813am and connecting for a flight to Hawaii at 900am. Is that enough time
Yes, that is enough time if the first flight is on-time. You just have to walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate if they're on the same airline.
Hi, Would I be able to arrive from Singapore at 915pm and connect to a United flight at 1045pm?
Yes, that should be just enough time if everything goes smoothly.
Hi there. I will arrive at Terminal 3 on tuesday at 19.40 and have a connecting flight from T1 to germany at 20.55 ..is this enough time or should i try to get an earlier flight..thanks. simon
There are no flights to Germany from Terminal 1. Perhaps you mean the International Terminal. if the flights are on United/Lufthansa you just have to walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate and you have enough time.
Hello. My mom is travelling from Singapore to Phoenix, AZ on United. Stop-over and connecting flight in SFO. Arriving 0915H and flight to PHX is at 1100H, since she's travelling alone, would she have enough time to clear customs immigration and make it for her flight on United to PHX? Thanks (:
Yes, that should be just enough time if everything goes smoothly.
Arriving from Portland Oregon - on Alaska airlines and we have a Singapore airlines flight to Singapore 2.5 hours later. Do we need to exit our terminal and re-check in at Singapore counter - then head to the gate is 2 hours enough time? No checked bags..
Yes, you will have to do that since they're on opposite sides of the International Terminal.
How long does it take to travel from Terminal 2 to International terminal, are the terminal buildings connected??
It takes about 10-15 minutes on the AirTrain and then you have to go through security again in the International Terminal.
Arriving from Redding CA, headed to Seattle, with only 36 minutes of layover? Both flights are United but would they be in the same terminal? Will I have enough time?
Yes, they are both in Terminal 3. You have enough time if the first flight is on-time but no time to spare.
