Santa Barbara Airport has a new passenger terminal (The old terminal has been relocated to the site of the new terminal, is being renovated to be used as Airport Security operations center and parking lot operations.)
The new passenger terminal, a 'green building' with LEED rating, offers more efficient airline check-ins, baggage claim are, centralized services, more comfortable seating areas, improved concessions, and great ambiance. It also offers access to parking facilities.
Amenities and services inside the passenger terminal are free Wi-Fi access, an Ambassador program (volunteers help you get around the airport and answer inquiries), self-check-in kiosks, food & drink and reail concessions, ATM machines, vending machines, and pay-on-foot station. Lost & Found (call Security Operations at 805-681-4803; for lost luggage contact your airline).
NOTICE: During the ongoing construction project until mid-2012 it is suggested that you park in the Long-term Lot 2, off Hollister Av. & F.Lopez Rd, using the free shuttle serve to the terminal.
