I will be arriving from Vancouver and connect to delta for non stop flight to atlanta. How do I get from gate to delta gate

    1. Do make use of Vancouver's U.S. customs clearance, saving you time on arrival at SEA. 2. Make sure that Alaska is transferring your bags to Delta flight - if not, you need to claim your bag & re-check it in with Delta at the Main Terminal's ticketing level. 3. While Alaska uses Concourses C & D and Satellite North, Delta only uses Satellite South. Your ticket /boarding pass should indicate arrival & departure gates: Concourse C has gates C2 (2A-2M) to C20. Near gate 14 is transit (via STS train) to D & N gates. Concourse D has gates D1-D11 (near gate 3, down 2 levels, is transit to C & N gates. The North Terminal has gates N1-N16 & near gate N10, down one level, is transit to all other gates. The South Satellite has gates S1-13, served by the South Train Loop.

are there baggage porters available? I am travelling 5 pieces luggage?

There are SkyCaps available in the arrivals area and outside check-in areas. However, if it is not too late: Have you considered shipping these bags via your Airline's freight agent, or another shipping company like FedEx, etc. When checking in your bags at the Airport, you will be charged for each of the first 2 bags, plus each of the remaining bags at additional cost (each airline has different rules). Also, if you happen to use 2 or 3 separate legs of your journey, you could also be charged for each one.

thanks for reply..for me from kelowna canada its still less to pay the awful fee than to pay cargo and fedex would cost a million. heading to grenada.

Am I able to leave seattle airport if I have a 6 hour stop over on a national flight. Or do I have to stay in transit?

Yes you can leave SEA; however, on your return you will need a boarding pass.

Where do I meet a passenger arriving on United at the North Terminal?

You have 2 parking options: (a) If you need to pick up a passenger at Seattle-Tacoma Airport, use the new and extended free Cell Phone Lot (30 minutes max)--stay with your car until your party has collected luggage and calls you to be picked up at the curb outside the baggage claim. From Southbound Airport Expressway: Take the Air Cargo Rd./Cell Phone Lot exit, turn right onto 170th, turn right onto Air Cargo Road and follow that road until you see the Lot on your left. From Southbound International Blvd: Turn right onto 170th, turn right onto Air Cargo Road and follow that road until you see the Lot on your left. OR (b) Use the multi-level parking garage which is divided into A through W parking isles - each assigned to specific airlines - United uses A & B. Overhead road signs will guide you.

I lost a camera bag w/a dslr and extra lens on Monday, March 12. Please email me and I will identify! dwmarsh430@msn.com

If you lost an item at SEA inside the terminal, parking garage or drive areas, you need to submit a Lost Property Report (visit portseattle.org/seatac/services/lostandfound.shtml and click on 'Lost Property Report',

  • connecting flight int'l to alaska air

Good Morning, I am arriving on an international flight from London (American Airlines flight operated by British Airways) and have 2 hours to go through immigration / pick up bags / re-check bags and transfer to a domestic Alaska airlines flight. Do I have enough time? Thank You

    1. Yes you have enough time. 2. The South Satellite serves all international arrivals; a connector leads to the Customs area with elevator, escalator & stairway to Main terminal & train station. 3. Alaska airlines serves at Concourses C & D, & North Satellite. Look at your ticket to see which gate you will depart from with Alaska: C1-20, D1-12 or N1-16. 3. After immigration clearance, taking about 30-60 mins, you you must recheck-in your luggage and go through TSA security screening prior to proceeding to your connecting flight. If you have duty-free liquid items, put them in our checked luggage to prevent confiscation at the security checkpoint. 4. Transferring from South Satellite to North Satellite: After immigration take the subway - make sure to follow the transfer path, NOT the baggage stop. Take the train to Transfer to North Satellite stop, walk across platform to transfer subway and take it to the next stop, then walk across platform, take the next train & get off at North Satellite. It will involve 2 transfers and 3 trains, but takes only 15-20 mins. 5. If transferring to Concourses C or D, take the train making its continuous loop.

I am arriving at the South Satellite by international flight. How many minutes will it take for me to go from the S. Satellite to the North Satellite for my domestic transfer?

About 15~20 minutes will do it once pu get through immigration. Go out of immigration and take the subway, being certain you follow the path for transfers and NOT the baggage stop. Take the train to the Transfer to North Sattelite stop, walk across the platform to the transfer subway and take it to the very next stop, then walk across the platform and take the next train and get off at the North Sattelite. Yes, you will transfer two times and take three trains, but this takes o ly 15~20 minutes. The bigger issue will be getting through immigration in time... The queue. An be long and sta staff can be rude.

I am arriving internationally to the South Satellite using Asiana Airlines and have to transfer to the North Satellite for a domestic transfer. How long will it take for me to transfer by foot through the Central Terminal? Also, if I were to transfer by train through the Main Terminal North and South Stations starting from the S. Satellite ending at the N. Satellite, how long will it take?

    1. International passengers arrive at the South Satellite, go through immigration clearance, pick up checked luggage, continue to customs (taking 30-60 minutes) and if transferring to a domestic flight recheck luggage , go through TSA security screening and proceed to connecting domestic flight. A stairway leads from South terminal to Main terminal & train station. If you walk - the main terminal has the South Satellite to thee left and the North Satellite to the right. The North train loop serves beween Main Terminal & C & N gates; the South Train loop between main terminal & B & S gates. Follow signs.

My husband got the wrong coat on a Virgin flight from SFO to SEA on Thursday morning...if you have the wrong coat with a set of Audi keys in the pocket, leave a note!

For tems lost onboard an airplane: Contact your airline's Lost & Found Department - probably they already heard from the other party.
