Arriving Alaska (Horizon) from Calgary (USA pre-clearance in Calgary)...Departing Hawaiian Airlines from South satellite (I think). Parents are elderly; are there moving sidewalks or buggies to carry them to the South train loop? How far is this?

Thanks in advance :)
If they need wheelchair assistance they can get it by calling Alaska. Is it one reservation or two separate reservations?
It is one reservation...I'm just trying to understand the transportation system....sounds like one underground train goes between N and S ends of main terminal, and separate trains run between these ends and their respective satellite this accurate?

Thanks for your help!!
Yes, that's accurate.
Flying in to Seattle and onto Calgary do we need to clear customs or just go thru a transfer lounge
Where are you flying into Seattle from? What airlines are you flying?
I am a canadian permanent resisent and unfortunately my US visa is now expired. Will I be able to transit at tacoma to vancouver?
If you are of a citizenship that requires a visa to enter the US, then you will not be allowed to board your flight to Seattle. You need to either get a new US Visa or rebook your flight to avoid the US.
I will be arriving in Seattle at 8:23am on a Monday morning Alaska Airlines flight from Victoria, BC and then connecting to the 9:50am Alaska Airlines flight to Denver. I am a US citizen and this trip is on one ticket; I will have one bag checked through to Denver. Is this sufficient time to clear customs and make the connection?
Yes, that should be enough time. Note that you will have to claim your bag in Seattle to take it through US Customs then immediately re-check it at the re-check desk before proceeding through security and to your departure gate.
Thanks ZAP!
My mother, is supposed to travel from Portland, OR, to Munich, Germany, through Seattle. This Airport seems a bit difficult to an elderly person who's not speaking English. Apparently, the flight from PDX to Sea, (with Alaska, operated by Horizon) will stop at the South Satellite. The next flight, from Sea to Mun will be operated by Condor 2037. Is it possible to find out from which concourse/gate her next flight will depart from? Who should I contact to find such info?
Thank you.
She will not arrive in the South Satellite. She will arrive in C D or N and depart from the North Satellite. If it's all one reservation she just has to go from the arrival gate to her departure gate, but if it's two separate reservations she has to go to the main terminal and transfer her bags from Alaska to Condor and then go through security.
From Shanghai to SEA (Hainan airlines) and then SEA to San Diego. Does connection involve going outside of the security area and back in?
Yes, After you clear customs you have to go through security again to access your departure gate.
How long does it take to get from southwest terminal to Alaska terminal at Seattle Airport
Seattle only has one terminal. If you have checked bags you will have to claim them from Southwest and re-check them with Alaska.
grandson arriving from osan tuesday july 11 at 0850 where do we meet him, what terminal?
Seattle only has one terminal. Just meet him on the arrivals level.
Hi. I'm flying from Taipei to Vancouver but connecting in Seattle. I have 1 hour and 55 minutes layover. Flight from Taipei to Seattle is on EVA and from Seattle to Vancouver on Air Canada. Booked on one reservation through Expedia but there are two confirmation numbers on the itinerary. Is just under 2 hours enough time for customs and recheck bags? Thanks
Yes, that is enough time if everything goes smoothly.
Hello, my mother in law is flying from Seoul to Calgary (Canada) through Seattle (transfer only, no visiting). She is booked to fly Delta Airlines on both flights. Does she have to go through security, passport control and get her luggage? She has 3 hours at the airport to do all of this thanks. Also, my mother in law's English is minimal so is there translation services at the airport that can help her?
Yes, she has to go through US Immigration, claim her bags, go through US Customs, re-check her bags at the re-check desk, and then go through security and to her departure gate. Yes, there are people who speak and even signs in Korean in the airport.
