Hi! I will be traveeling from Pullman to Chennai. And my Alaska Airlines flight from Pullman to Seattle arrives at 7:15 am. And departure time for Seattle to Dubai flight is 9AM. Would that time be enough for me to take my checked in baggages and catch the 9AM flight? Would there be any security check in Seattle?
If both flights are on the same reservation you don't have to do anything with your bags in Seattle or go through security. You just have to go from your arrival gate to your departure gate, in which case that's plenty of time.
Hi travelling from London to Hawaii, via Seattle, is 2.5 hrs enough time to transit through Seattle. I am on one ticket, but will need to pick up bags and recheck them in Seattle. Thanks
Yes, that is enough time. Yes, in Seattle you will go through US Immigration, claim your bags, go through US Customs, re-check your bags at the re-check desk, go through security and to your departure gate.
Looking at a flight YVR-SEA-AMS-PRG. First flight is KL7773 arrives at 12:25, leaving me 1 hour to catch the 13:25 KL6032 SEA-AMS. I will be travelling with a checked bag. Is this enough time.
Yes, that is enough time. Both flights are operated by Delta. You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Vancouver. All you have to do in Seattle is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
My daughter will fly from Detroit to Seattle, connecting to international flight to Hong Kong, all on Delta. She only has one hour from arriving in Seattle to her international departure. Is this enough time? Don't know if domestic arrival and international departure (all Delta) are in the same concourse and if she will have to go through security again.
That is enough time. She likely will have to change concourses, but all concourses in Seattle are connected inside security. She will likely depart from S which is connected to A or B where she will arrive by an underground train.
I arrive into Seattle on Saturday 21st Jan at 10.35am, flying with BA from London. I want to get a separate flight to Vancouver at 11.50am, giving 1hr 15 for connection. So they won't be connecting flights, and I will have checked luggage. Is this long enough or am I cutting it fine? Thanks
No, that's pretty much impossible. You need at least 2.5 hours if you're making this connection on two separate reservations with checked bags.
I fly with United from Denver to Seattle and from Seattle to Tokyo with ANA. Could someone please tell me which terminal I will arrive and depart at SEA? Also, what type of transportation I need to take and how long would it take to go from my arrival terminal to the departure terminal (I have a 2h22 connection)? One last question, do i need to recheck in with ANA to get my boarding pass and seat? Thanks!!
Seattle only has one terminal. You will arrive in concourse A and depart from concourse S. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate if both flights are on the same reservation.
1. Hi, Is 1 Hour 55 Minutes sufficient to transfer from Alaska Airlines (YEG - SEA) to Emirates (DXB)? Will be completing US Customs check at YEG. 2. Do we need to collect bags at SEA and re-checkin at SEA? 3. Do we need to go through security check again at SEA?
That is plenty of time. You do not have to do anything with your bags or go through security in Seattle if both flights are on the same reservation. Yes, you will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Edmonton.
