Flight Information - Sea-Tac Airport has real-time flight information available. You can also get updates by texting from most mobile phones. Text "FlySEA" (359732) and text the name of your airline and flight number.
Checking In for Flights in Sea-Tac's Garage - 5 airlines (Alaska, Continental, Horizon, Northwest and United) allow you to check in and print their boarding pass right as you enter the Airport from the parking garage. A check-in kiosks enables travelers without luggage to print their boarding pass and proceed straight to Security checkpoint and departure gate. Alaska and Horizon airlines allow travelers with luggage to get their boarding pass and take their baggage straight to their airline's bag drop area.
Quick check-in kiosks are on the 4th floor of the garage, at the entrances to Skybridges 2-6, and also in the Main Terminal, across from the American Airlines ticket counter.
Ground Transportation Information - For questions on Ground Transportation: go to information booths in (a) Baggage Claim near Carousel 12 - open every day 6 am - 2 am; and (b) on the third floor of the Airport Garage. The telephone number for ground transportation is 206-431-5906.

The Floor Count System - lets drivers know how many spaces are available at the Sea-Tac parking garage, and a sign shows available openings to the right and left on each floor of its 4-row section. Should the Airport Garage be full, Airport staff will give information on nearby parking alternatives.
Directions to Checkpoints Closest to Your Airline - Use any of the three security checkpoints at SeaTac (south, central or north). This list of airlines and checkpoints below should be of help to pick the closest one to your departure gate when lines are long:

USO - Military Assistance - USO, located in the Main Terminal, Mezzanine Level, is open 24/7. The Sea-Tac Center serves all military members and their families by providing a full nursery; toys, books and games for children; sleeping facilities, showers, free snack bar, travel information, and a lounge area with a big-screen TV, X-box games, Internet access, and library. _In the terminal: All pets must be in their travel carriers when in the Main Terminal building. The only exception is training/service dogs and other specially trained pets assisting travelers with disabilities.
_Outside pet areas: There are two areas outside the Main Terminal that are equipped to serve as "pet potties" for traveling animals. The two areas are located outside of Baggage Claim on both the north and south ends. The north area is outside of door #26, just past Carousel 16. It is a small sandy area to the left under the stairs. On the south end of Baggage Claim (outside door #00) there is a large grassy area at the end of the parking lot that is also equipped with bags for cleanup.
_Inside pet area for assistance dogs. There is s pet relief area in the Main Terminal, behind security, for assistance dogs who are traveling with their owners. It is next to the exit from Concourse B, directly across from Borders Books.

Travelers Assistance at Seattle Tacoma SEA Airport
Pathfinders and volunteers help passengers throughout the terminal to help you find relocated terminals, stores, restrooms and services. Pathfinders are dressed in red jackets and purple shirts, and volunteers are dressed in royal blue jackets
General Information is located in the lower-level, baggage claim area of the terminal. Maps, regional information, bus schedules, and brochures are available as well as a courtesy paging phone. Volunteer Hospitality Ambassadors are on duty during busy times to provide assistance.
