Services Available to Disabled Passengers

Sheremetyevo Airport provides luggage and transportation assistance to our disabled passengers.

Transportation to and from the plane by ambulift is available round the clock. Patients in serious condition must be accompanied by a medic. Passengers in need of medical assistance, passengers in wheelchairs, and visually impaired international passengers can pass their passport and customs clearance in medical offices of Terminals 1, 2 and C.

All transportation and luggage assistance services are provided to disabled passengers free of charge.
