(a) at Sheremetyevo-1 - located on the second floor of the Departures Section, Room No. 2-96, Tel: 678-35-78. The room has beds, diaper changing tables, child feeding tables, and a bathroom. A playroom with toys and games is available for young passengers and their parents.
(b) at Sheremetyevo-2 - located on the second floor to the right, room No. 2-256, Tel: 578-82-55. The room is equipped with beds, sofas, diaper changing tables, child feeding tables, and a bathroom.
(c) at Terminal С - located on the third floor, Room No. 3-126, Tel: 578-50-63. It consists of 2 bedrooms with 11 beds, a playroom, bathrooms with diaper changing tables, a kitchenette, and a visitor room. A playroom with various toys and games is also available. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to feed your child and take food along with you. A fridge and microwave oven are also available.
A qualified staff is available to provide any assistance.
To use the services, present your passport, ticket and your child’s medical certificate. The medical certificate can be obtained at the airport’s medical center. In peak seasons the service is available for 24 hours a day. In rush hours please limit your stay to 3 to 4 hours.

Luggage Offices -
(a) at Sheremetyevo-1 and Terminal C, open 24/7. Location: at Terminal 1--Arrivals (accessible from outside). Phone: 578-23-91; at Terminal C on the 3rd floor.
Luggage can be checked in any packaging that provides for safe storage and does not contaminate or pollute other passengers’ belongings and storage units. Explosives, flammables, poisons, perishable goods and firearms cannot be checked in for storage.
Each piece of luggage cannot weigh more than 30 kg, and its dimensions cannot exceed 30 x 50 x 70 cm. Pieces of luggage which exceed the above limits shall be subject to RUR 50 surcharge.
The deposit for each piece of luggage (assessment fee included) is based on a 1-day storage, calculated from the time of checking-in the luggage to zero hour the next day. Passenger will pay for the remaining charges upon collection of luggage. The following fees apply:
One piece of luggage a day 120 RUR
One coat or other outerwear 120 RUR
Luggage assessment (% from the declared value) 2%
Payment for extra weight and size 50 RUR
The passenger may not claim luggage to remove a certain article. In such cases the luggage must first be checked out, and then checked in again. When the passenger loses the receipt, he can claim the luggage in the presence of a police officer. The passenger must present an ID and prove that he is the owner of the luggage in question.
When the luggage remains unclaimed for 30 days, it is removed and documented as such in due order. The luggage office of Terminal 1 is located in the Arrivals section, and is accessible from outside. Phone: 578-23-91. Terminal C's luggage office is located on the 3rd floor.
(b) Luggage Office at Terminal 2 - located next to unclaimed luggage area, at first floor, Arrivals section, to the left. Luggage storage in Sheremetyevo-2 Terminal is provided by a private luggage office. It charges the following fees:
One piece of luggage per day - not to exceed 30х50х70 cm - 150 RUR
Luggage with excess dimensions per day:
- one excess dimension 180 RUR
- 2 excess dimensions 230 RUR
- 3 excess dimensions 280 RUR
Carry-on luggage per day in excess of 100х100х100 cm) - 500 RUR
The Unclaimed Luggage Office in Terminal 2 - located in the Arrivals section, to the left (1st floor, near the drugstore). Tel: 578-80-16, 578-74-64 - checks in lost and unclaimed luggage. The luggage may be checked out or forwarded (for transfer and transit passengers). Unclaimed luggage will be released upon passenger's presentation of an ID, boarding pass or plane ticket. All these services are free.

Changing from/to International / Domestic Flights
If you have less than 4 hours of waiting time between your international and domestic flights, check in your luggage from the airport of departure straight to your destination.
If you have more than 4 hours of waiting time between your flights, you may want to claim your luggage in Sheremetyevo Airport and check it in again for the new flight. You will have ample time for flight registration and luggage check-in. Transit passengers can use a comfortable shuttle bus to the other terminal, if needed.
Transit passenger assistance staff at Sheremetyevo International Airport will be happy to assist you and answer any questions that you might have. Airport staff is available at all exits and at desks marked ТРАНЗИТ / TRANSFER DESK, located along the passenger traffic routes.
For your convenience please arrange your flight itinerary with a stopover at Sheremetyevo International Airport so that you have at least 1 ½ hours between your flights.
