The passenger terminal terminal at Shreveport Regional Airport was recently renovated and offers wireless internet access and a restaurant between the two security checkpoints, as well as newsstands. Rental car booths are in the southern end of the terminal, with a short walk to the rental car lot.

The upper level has two concourses with security check at both sides of the restaurant. The left-side concourse serves Delta and Vision Airline; the right-side concourse serves Continental, Allegiant & American Airlines.
