JetQuay – Asia’s First Luxury VIP Terminal - next to Changi Airport’s Terminal 2, the 2,000 sq.meter self-contained JetQuay facility offers passengers, regardless of the airline or service class they use, significant time-saving services in the utmost privacy and comfort. A JetQuay personal concierge will greet and escort each passenger upon arrival or departure and be on standby to assist with luggage check-in or retrieval, as well as customs- and security clearance at JetQuay’s own customs, immigration and security counters, making for a speedier clearance.
At the highest level of service, passengers will be transported via limousine on the tarmac between their commercial or private aircraft and the JetQuay facility. JetQuay’s additional amenities include a five-star lounge with in-built tabletop PCs, ideal for passengers who wish to catch up on work, as well as WiFi access for easy internet connection.
JetQuay boasts a business center, meeting rooms, and a transit conference room (designed specifically for passengers wishing to conduct meetings with their local guests while at the airport).
