Terminal 1: Two counters at Transit Mall West, Level 2 (near DFS Venture and near KingPower Fashionwear); one counter at Transit Mall East, Level 2 (near Skytrain), and one at Arrivals Hall Central, Public Area, Level 1.

Terminal 2: two counters at Transit Mall North, Level 2: one counter next to Skytrain and one next to Omega Boutique; two counters at Transit Mall South, Level 2: one counter next to Chomel and one near Orchid Garden. One counter at Arrival Hall Central, Public Area, Level 1.

Terminal 3: two counters at Transit Mall South, Level 2: one next to Skytrain and one next to Harris Bookstore. Two counters at Transit Mall North, Level 2: one next to Skytrain, and one next to Digital Lifestyle. LEFT BAGGAGE COUNTERS: are ready to store your luggage while you browse the shops or take advantage of other amenities at the airport, or need to leave the airport. This fee-based service is available 24/7, and counters are located at:

AIRPORT-HOTEL BAGGAGE DELIVERY SERVICE - On arrival day, have your bags delivered from airport to your hotel, while you pursue other business. It saves you time and taxi-fare to go to hotel to drop off bags. Ideal for those arriving in the morning.
On departure day, have your bags collected from your hotel and delivered to the airport, while you pursue other business after hotel checkout. Ideal for those with night departure flights:

Singapore Visitors Centers - open 6am-2pm at Arrivals level. Each Center provides the following services: Tourist Inquiries, Hotel Reservations and Taxi/ Tourist Guide.

Hotel Reservations
Visitors can make hotel reservation at the Singapore Visitors Centers or Hotel Reservation Counters at the arrivals level. A deposit of S$10 per reservation, deductible from the hotel bill at the end of stay, is payable.

Arrival Lounge
Visitors who arrive too early to check into their hotel in town can visit the Arrival Lounge at the arrivals level of Terminal 3 for a quick snooze or a refreshing shower. Singapore Stopover Holiday Program
The Singapore Stopover Holiday program is offered by Singapore Airlines and available only to passengers traveling on Singapore Airlines and SilkAir flights. On arrival, participants should proceed to the SIA Stopover Holiday Counter at the arrivals level of Terminals 2 or 3 to arrange accommodation and return transfer. Coach transfers to city are available; the average waiting time is about 15-20 mins.

International Travelers at Singapore Changi SIN Airport

Immigration
The Immigration Halls are at the ground floor. To get to a Hall, follow the “Arrivals” sign. Once you arrive there, you will see two separate areas - one for Singapore nationals, and one for all other nationalities. An immigration officer at the counter will ask for your passport and supporting documentation. You will need to produce a fever vaccination certificate if you are arriving within six days of passing through areas endemic for Yellow Fever. If you are unable to produce the certificate, you will be required, at your cost, to obtain vaccination at the Airport Clinic before you are allowed entry into Singapore. Customs - Use the Green Channel if you do not have controlled or prohibited goods. Use the Red Channel if you have goods to declare or if in doubt. Please note your baggage may be examined by the officers whether you take the Green or Red Channel. For more information on duty-free allowance, goods & service tax relief, controlled goods and prohibited goods, please contact the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority at (65) 6391 6100 or visit their website.

Baggage Reclaim - The baggage reclaim area is at the ground floor, after Immigration and before Customs. Please check nearby information displays for the carousel assigned to your flight. You can also collect bulky baggage such as surfboards in the same area. Free trolleys are available next to each carousel.

Lost or Damaged Baggage - Baggage handling and delivery is the responsibility of the airlines from the point of check-in to the point of collection. In the unlikely event that your baggage is damaged or lost, please proceed to the Lost & Found counter at the baggage reclaim area for assistance. You can also contact the handling agent representing the airline you had traveled with. The contact handling agents and their telephone numbers are as follows:

Porter Service - The porter service helps you, at no charge, move your baggage within the airport’s public areas. Please book in advance or upon arrival using one of free service telephones:

Baggage Delivery from Airport - Porter Xpress helps you deliver your baggage from the airport to your designated hotel upon arrival while you proceed on to attend to your business. Porter Xpress is located at Terminal 3, Arrival Hall, #01-23. Tel : 62420002.

Storage - The left baggage service temporarily stores your bags, coats or other items. Clear Customs first, then follow the signs for “Left Baggage”. The service is at the ground floor for Terminal 2 and Basement 2 for Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.

POSTAL SERVICES AND TELECOMMUNICATION:

1. Should you need stamps or overseas phone cards, go to any Money Changing counter or these 24-hrs outlets situated at
Terminal 1: 7-Eleven at Transit Mall West, Level 2 -or- Left Luggage outlet at Transit Mall East, Level 2 (stamps only).
You can fax documents and send telegrams directly from the Singapore Telecom & Singapore Post outlets, which also offer a full range of postal services at
Terminal 2: Next to Toys.Games.Children.Gifts at Transit Mall North, Level 2. Open 6am-12 midnight, -or- next to bod.bodynits at Departure Hall South, Public Area, Level 2. Open 6am-midnight.

2. All local calls made within the Transit Malls are FREE, overseas phone calls, however, are chargeable through overseas phone cards.
Budget phone call booths provided by MediaRing have been set up for budget calls overseas. Simply pay a deposit of S$3.00 at the counter and you get a phone booth. After completion of the call, any unused deposit will be refunded to you and calls exceeding the deposit have to be paid for at that time. Budget phone booths are located at
Terminal 1: Near Giordano at Transit Mall West, Level 2. Open 6am-12 midnight.
Terminal 2: Next to Sports Bar at Transit Mall Central, Level 2. Open 6am-1am.

Pets / Animals at Singapore Changi SIN Airport

Pets are not permitted at Changi Airport, unless they are working dogs, or are in a safe kennel. However, airlines have their own regulation regarding pets; contact your airline well before departure. Also contact the Embassy of your destination country regarding shots and documents.
