    It should be on the upper level of the terminal, next to the ticket counters - go to the ticket counter serving your departing Concourse /gate (B, C or D) - or call RSW Airport at 239-590-4800.

    open www.ifly.com/rsw, then scroll down & you will see the following: "The rental car service center at RSW Airport is located on the ground level of the Parking Garage across from the terminal's baggage claim area. Rental car return is on the lower level of the garage. However, off-site rental car agencies are also available and provide their own shuttle service, reached by walking around the end of the garage and around the side, where you can use the phone at the shelter for pickup."
