(a) Information Center: (a) located at T1, in the central area of the 1st-floor Departure Hall; and (b) located at T2, 3rd floor Departure Hall - It answers questions from Departing Passengers, has a Baggage Storage (NT50 per item, per day) and sells Taiwan telephone cards
(b) Tourist Service Center: Located at T1, on the North side of the 1st-floor Arrival Passenger Reception Area; and at T2 in the center of the Arrival Passenger Reception Area - It offers tourist information, takes complaints & suggestion, gives Airport directions, flight information, contact with friends & associates, emergency notification.

(a) Nurseries: For changing infant diapers and provision of hot water for use in the care of infants. Located at T1: Departure Check-in Hall, 3rd floor Departure Hall, at Children's Playroom--center of the 3rd-FloorDeparture Hall; On the north side of the Arrival Passenger Reception Area; and in T2 On the north and south sides of the 3rd-Floor Transit Lounge.
(b) Children's Play Room: Located at T1, central area of the 3rd-Floor Departure Hall; at T2 on the north side of the 1st floor, and on the north side of the 3rd floor transit Hall.

Beauty Salon: Socie Hair services and Beauty Salon for men and women. Located at T1 north side of Departure Lobby, 3rd Floor, and at T2 north side of the transit lounge, 3rd Floor Departure Level.

Cell Phone & Related Services (a) Phone Rentals, Internet Roaming Service, Sales of pre-paid SIMM cards and other related services. Located at Terminal 1,on the north side of Arrival Passenger Reception Area, and in the center of the 3rd-Floor Departure Hall; and at T2 on the south side of the Passenger Arrival Reception Area, and 3rd floor Departure Hall.
(b) Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. Services: Telecommunications equipment. Located at T1,on the south side of 1st-Floor Departure Hall; and at T2 on the 3rd-Floor Departure Level and on the North side of the 1st-Floor Arrival Passenger Reception Area.

Massage: Blind Friend Massage Service Center , located at T1, 3rd floor Departure, Partly 3rd-floor Departure at Terminal I.

The Evergreen Transit Hotel: Rooms at reasonable prices for the traveler who needs to stay overnight. The Hotel is on airport grounds.

If you lost an item at the aircraft, contact your airline.
If you lost an item at the Airport, contact the Information desks at either T1 or T2.

General postal services, deposits, remittance, insurance, and other services.(self-service post office) at T2, 3rd floor Departure Level ; and with service (incl. internat'l express) at T1, on the south side of the 1st-Floor Departure Hall.

Pets are not allowed at the airport, unless they are working dogs or are in a safe kennel. Contact your airline as to their requirements.

Smoking is not allowed at the airport.
