Guest Services at Providence Green PVD Airport
The T.F. Green Airport Information Center - located on the terminal's ground level near the baggge claim and open daily 6am-10:45pm, except on major holidays. The Center is operated by teaching assistants of Johnson & Wales University. The Information Center is responsible for general airport & flight information, courtesy paging, passenger comments & complaints; lost & found items, driving directions, local restaurant suggestions, accommodation options (local & state-wide), and Rhode Island Tourist information.

First Class Massage located past security checkpoint - to the left, offers specially-designed massage chairs.
Shoeshine services are on the upper level of the terminal, past the security checkpoint - to the right.
The Military Lounge located on level 2 of the Terminal, behind the Delta ticket counters and next to the Hope Reflection Room - open & staffed by volunteers 7am-10pm daily. This is a place of military service members & their families to 'regroup & relax' pror to, or after a flight. Transportation & lodging for stranded military members will also be provided. Pets are not allowed in the terminal unless in a kennel or working dogs on a leash.
A pet relief area is outside the front doors of the terminal and offer cleanup material.
