We are flying Air Canada from Detroit to Toronto with a 2 hour 20 minute connection time to get to Terminal 3 to catch Air Transat to London. Do we have enough time to clear Canadian customs and get to Terminal 3?

That is just enough time if everything goes perfectly.
Hi, I'm British, flying from the UK to Ottawa, via Amsterdam, with KLM and Westjet. The journey is on one ticket, and KLM have said baggage should be ticketed through to Ottawa. For our final leg, we have a transfer time of 1hr20. KLM lands in Toronto Terminal 3, and Westjet departs in terminal 3. Will we have enough time to grab baggage, go through customs and drop the baggage off? Many thanks!

Yes, that should be enough time. Yes, you have to claim your bags to take them through Canadian customs and go through security in Toronto.
Hi I will be traveling with friends from LGA and have a connecting flight in Toronto for Vancouver. Is 1 hour and 44 minutes enough time? Do we need to go through customs and security? Also what terminals will we arrive and depart? We're flying with westjet.
Yes, you will go through Canadian Immigration and Customs in Toronto. Both flights will be in Terminal 3. You have plenty of time.
Flying Tel Aviv to Montreal with connection in Toronto Pearson on Air Canada. Question is do bags need to be picked up in Toronto and deposited on transit belt or are they. Hecked straight through? Thanks
Coming from Israel I believe you will have to claim your bags to go through Canadian customs, but ask the agents in Toronto to make sure.
