    At Pierson Airport, go through US customs clearance, then on arrival at New York (JFK, EWR, or LGA?), go to your connecting gate.

    You will go through US customs in the US Departures area in Toronto. You will claim and recheck your bags there at a special baggage claim/recheck desk. It usually isn't too crowded.

    At YYZ, go to the WestJet counter and request a 'non-flying boarding pass', which will enable you to go through security check and on to the gate area. Do make sure to get Airline name, flight # & arrival time; also check the overhead screens in the terminal.

    My flight has been cancelled bound for LA tomorrow.. Im coming from Pearson, stopping by at JFK (New York). My Airline (American Airline) notified me (via voice mail) that I am leaving JFK on Friday, but didn't say anything about my flight from Pearson Airport.. How will I know then? should I call Pearson or my Airline?

    Many flights were canceled in advance of the storm hitting the U.S. East Coast sometime today/tomorrow. Try to get a direct flight to LAX - call AA.

    I've already filled out a lost and found form with Delta and at the Atlanta airport. I believe i left the phone on my Delta flight 4956 from Atlanta to Toronto on Saturday 9/30/2012. My seat was 17 B and i believe i left the phone in the seat pocket along with the magazines. However, it is possible I left the phone at the gate area of the Atlanta airport. The phone, like yours, has more than my business contacts, but countless photos of our grandson. The screen saver is a painting of a Roma gypsy boy peering through a fence. Please contact ceeceetucker@gmail.com should you picked up the phone in an effort to locate the rightful owner. Many thanks. Also, wonder if anyone has ever found their cell phone if it was left on the plane.

    I pick-up occasionally and have plans with traveller to be at door at agreed upon time (if possible), so I can stop, load, and leave. Where is West Jet at terminal 3? If I get out to look, I will be ticketed.

    If you pick up a passenger at Toronto Pearson Airport, it is suggested that you use the Cell Phone waiting lot on Network Road (accessible after intersection of 427, & 409). Stay with your car until your party collected luggage and calls you to be picked up at the terminal curb. Of course, there is also a garage across from T3 where you can park in the short-term lot and meet your party in the baggage claim area, close to the information counter.

    While there was no listing for 'Cloak Room' or 'Coat Check', and the airport has no storage areas or lockers - Storage facilities are however available at the Travel Stores on the Departures Level of Terminals 1 and 3
