    my sister has copd needs assistance, she can not walk the long corridors from the gates that Continental airlines uses, 3 times we waited forever for a wheel chair very bad service does anyone know who we can complain to?

    April 15th I returned on Cubana .there were 5 people require Wheelchairs, only 2 were available. I was furious that that I had to walk a level upstairs and no pushers availble, a fellow passenger offered to help which Iwas very greatfull, who is responsible for arranging for the wheelchairs?? the next time I will have my Lawyer sue .
