Van Nuys Airport  - a general aviation Airport - is located in Van Nuys, San Ferdando Valley, and is within city limits of Los Angeles, California. The Airport is owned and operated by the Los Angeles World Airports, which also owns the LAX & ONT Airports.

Van Nuys Airport has 2 runways and  is at present the busiest general aviation airport in the world, handling an estimated average of over 400,000 aircraft movements a year.  The Airport is particularly popular with celebrities, business executives and politicians, who value its close proximity and anonymity.

The LAX FlyAway services (1-866-435-9529), a non-stop bus service to LAX, offers scheduled service to LAX from Irvine, Union Station, Van Nuys & Westwood. Buses drop off on the upper departure level of each of the LAX terminals, and passengers board buses on the lower arrivals lel in frroof each termin under the green signs, marked 'FlyAway, Buses & Long Distance Vans', and each bus indicates its service location.

Public parking at Van Nuys Airport is only available for FlyAway bus patrons at the FlyAway Bus Terminal, with a 30-day limit.
