Main Terminal / Concourses at Venice VCE Airport
The passenger terminal at Venice Airport opened in 2002 and has three levels. Each level has its own services & amenities:
Shopping facilities range from the souvenir shop to the most upscale establishments with brand names known all over the world, and restaurants offer a taste of Italy. To make your stay in Venice most enjoyable, a selection of travel agencies will point you to the right direction.
The ground level of the terminal is for arrivals and includes baggage claim, lost baggage desk, lost baggage storage room, Banca di Roma bank, Eurochange, post office,Travelex, and Café Marco Polo.
The first level of the terminal is divided into a check-in area and a departure area:
1. The Check-in area houses an Information desk, Welcome Desk for Groups; Ticket Offices of Air France, Alitalia, Alpi Eagles, Delta, Lufthansa, SAVE & Volare; tour operator Alpitour; 60 check-in desks; Customs; duty-free shop; newsstands, banking, postal & foreign exchange services, a restaurant, a café;
2. The Departure area houses Information Services, Customs, Travelex, a variety of shops & food services, and waiting rooms (Central, North & South waiting rooms, and ‘Sala Amica’). The 'Titoretto Lounge' is for passengers of the Sky Team and the 'Marco Polo Room' is for passengers of other airlines; both are located in the departures area.
The second level of the terminal houses offices for airlines and SAVE (the airport operator) and the Alitalia VIP Lounge for Sky Team passengers, the Marco Polo Club, South Terrace and Cisalpina Tours.
