3. Terrazza Sud - located at the south end of the building, it offers a panoramic view of the Lagun and the Venice skyline.

Passport Control:
(a) Non-Schengen Countries:
You can make your way to passport control by following the Arrivals & Exit signs. After passport control you will arrive at the baggage conveyor belts on the ground floor. Once you have collected your baggage, you will have to go through customs. If you have nothing to declare you will simply walk through.

(b) Schengen Countries
If you come from a Schengen country, you will not have to show your passport. You will be permitted to go straight to baggage reclaim.

Post Office - Poste Italiane - located at Ground Floor, Arrival Area; Tel: (+39)0415415900; Fax: (+39)0415416052. Open: Mon-Fri 8:10am-1:30pm; Sat: 8:10am-12:30pm. Services include: Post office account deposits and payments service, currency exchange, acceptance of letters, parcels, express mail "Caipost", sale of duty stamps, fax transmission and receipt.

Pets are not allowed at the airport unless they are working dogs or are in a safe kennel. Contact your airline as to its requirements. If you wish to take a pet abroad you must have obtain certain documents. Regulations relating to the import of animals vary from country to country, but in general you will need at least two documents for your pet: (a) a valid health certificate signed by an authorized veterinarian; and (b) a rabies certificate signed by a local inspector of the veterinary service or another official. For further information about the import regulations that apply to your pet, contact the embassy of the country of your destination.
