I will have a 50 minute layover to connect from my CVG-IAD flight (Terminal 3) to my IAD-YOW (Ottawa, Canada) flight and I'm not checking in any baggage. Do I have enough time?

Thank you!
IAD does not have a "Terminal 3" It just has one terminal. All you have to do in IAD is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time.
Hi, I'm getting ready to fly from MSP on the 11th into IAD for a connecting flight to CLT. I have a 35 minute connection on mesa united express, for both my legs. Is 35 minutes enough time to get from gate to gate? Will I be near my gate for my flight to charlotte once I land in IAD? I'm freaking out because I've never flew into this airport and I've heard it's confusing so please help!!!
Yes, that should be enough time. It's likely both gates will be near each other. IAD is not particularly confusing.
I am arriving in DC in the afternoon from South Carolina and flying out to Amsterdam the next morning. Do I have to collect my bags at Dulles or can I just check them straight through from SC and they hold them overnight?
You will have to collect your bags at Dulles. However, please double check your reservation, as there are no flights from Dulles to Amsterdam that leave in the morning.
I'm travelling with a french passeport from Montreal to Mexico. United Airline. One checked bag. 55 minute connection in Washington. I'm stressed about if I will be enough time and about the customs process in IAD? Thanks in advance for your help.
You will pre-clear US Immigration and Customs in Montreal. All you have to do in IAD is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate. You have enough time.
I fly out of Orlando with United Airlines, land in IAD and have a 35 minute layover until my international flight to London. Please tell me this is enough time. All on United Airlines and I only have carry-on luggage.
That is enough time if the flight from Orlando is on-time. All you have to do is walk from your arrival gate to your departure gate, both on the C/D Concourse.
I will arrive IAD from New Orleans and my next flight to Copenhagen. I have 1 nour and 27 minutes in IAD. Is it enough time? SAS flights from terminal B. Which terminal usualy United used for arrivals from MSY
Yes, that is enough time. B is just a concourse, not a Terminal. The flight from MSY usually arrives in Concourse A. All you have to do is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
I arrive from united and then take Lufthansa to Frankfurt. I have two hrs.is that enough?
Yes, that is enough time. Where are you flying into IAD from?
I am coming from Orlando and going to Frankfurt. Not sure yet about gates. Most likely we land on c/d and then take next flight from b.
I will be flying from Toronto to Sao Paulo with a 55 minute connection in Dulles. I will be checking one bag. Any thoughts on this being adequate time to transfer to the required gates? Both flights are with United Airlines. Thanks in advance
Yes, you have enough time. You will pre-clear US Immigration and customs in Toronto. All you have to do in IAD is go from your arrival gate to your departure gate.
I have one hour 6 minutes to make a transfer from United terminal d to terminal b (Austrian Airlines). Is that enough time. The United flight from SMF is almost always on time.
B and D are just concourses not terminals. You have plenty of time.
I'm flying from Istanbul to IAD on Turkish and connecting to RDU on United. the tickets are not connected. I have 3 hrs to connect. If I do only carry on, do I have to exit security or can I go to the gate to get my boarding pass? If I have checked luggage, do I have to exit security or is there a UAL desk at re-check where I can do this and not have to exit?
Yes, you still have to go through US Immigration and Customs at which point you will be outside security. However, 3 hours should be enough time. It will be more difficult with checked bags as on two separate reservations you will have to take them to the United check-in desk before going through security. You are always outside security after clearing US Customs.
If I have to go to the United desk to get my boarding passes on the IAD-RDU leg, why is it more difficult with checked bags? I'm trying to discern if there is a UAL desk in that area or if I have to go all the way to the entrance as though I've just walked off the street and flying from IAD-RDU. I'm trying to determine pros/cons of checking vs carryon for this 3 week trip.
You don't have to go to the desk to get your boarding pass to RDU. You can get it online before leaving Turkey. Yes, the desk is on the departure level, which actually isn't THAT far from where you will exit customs.
